Went in tonight to pick up dinner and the system was down and instead of telling everybody that walked in the door that we're sorry we can't accept any more orders they went ahead and accepted everyone's order and then took care of Everyone's dinner on the house. You have me as a forever customer that was awesome and it made my night.

this is the first Sunday this Chipotle is opened and their debit and gift card machine is down so cash only. Not good because i got a lot of gift cards for Christmas....i saw at least 4 cars pull up, read the sign and leave.
