Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is by far the worst Chipotle restaurant I have been to. I went in this morning a few minutes after they opened. They did not acknowledge me by greeting me let alone telling me they would be with me shortly. The seats were dirty, there was no brown rice or red salsa but worst of all the chicken was burnt and hard. STAY AWAY!

I go to Chipotle a lot. I went to LE location this last Tuesday at 11am. Corn was frozen. Brown rice wasn't cooked correctly. 😕 And to top it off the feminine guy who rang me up was rude.

Good experience , I don’t live in the area but ordered to pick up in the drive through pick up lane.. my bowl was very full which is a plus so I can eat some later on lol , my pick up was for 3:10 and it was ready as I arrived

Walked in and there was spilled drinks, dirty tables, trash all on the floor. I can understand if there’s one table that was dirty. Maybe a big crowd caused it but it was the whole restaurant. I love chipotle but I walked in and went straight out

Food was mediocre at best. Every table was dirty and showed lack of thorough cleaning over many wipe downs. I will not return.

If you want rations, this is the place! Servings are small! Very dirty seating area, wow. I told the girl at the register about the floor being wet and someone can slip and fall. I ate my full meal lol and she never went to clean up the 2 water spills and no one else did either. Smh Sometimes we just do things because they are right!! Take initiative kid!

This place is filthy, they are out of most toppings and drinks. And, don’t expect to get a full bowl, they put minimal toppings in. No wonder why nothing lasts in Elsinore.

I placed an order on accident to this restaurant and it was suppose to be another. They refused to give me a refund without ordering again and giving them a receipt!

The staff here is friendly and quick and give out good portions. They also don't skimp on the guac. Bathrooms are very clean for it being a fast food restaurant. The restaurant overall is fairly clean and the line moves quick

Just walked in on Friday night to order and the food bar was just about empty no hot fresh food out, cheese and rice all over the place, just disgusting, very sloppy, nasty. We walked out. No greeting, no personality at all. We won't be returning at all. Definitely would not recommend Lake Elsinore Chipotle!

Wouldn’t recommend they didn’t have any steak at all? I’m sad I drive far I just wanted a steak burrito and they didn’t have any at all :( what a letdown..
