The food is good.The service isn't so great.You tell them thank you.They don't answer you but on all I go there a lot.It's on the way home and the food is good.
Sometimes a little small.

Chipotle made a mistake on my mobile order I asked for Corn salsa they put the hottest salsa and would not refund the money. I had to call corporate just to simply get a refund.

My food was very salty. Vegetable we're orvercooked, a little bit of chicken, chips we're old and also I asked for two bags and I got just one bag . The two hostest at the front did not take my order right and the worst part I did not get my hot salsa. I won't come back here ever again.

Chipotle is one of our favorite places to eat at or get take out which means we visit this place pretty often. Sadly, this is the second time I've gotten sick from here. The rice was undercook, more like raw ("undercook" is an understatement). The chips were stale and super salty which was not edible. This was very disappointing when we order takeout and can't eat what we just picked up at home. Other than getting sick from their food, the service is great. They give larger portions when you order inside vs order on the app.

To busy to pay attention to orders . We thought ordering online for pickup. But for the first , We are very disappointed !! Orders were wrong & small , asked for extra meat only 2 had extra meat . If your going to order $107.00 in food , They could of at least give Us what We paid for !! Not going back 😡

Ordered for pick up. My drink was not in the bag and the salsa on the side was also missing. Not sure her name but the short girl with glasses at the counter had a horrible attitude! This was today at 1pm.

Their drive thru service is crap. I will never go thru the drive thru. They don't make bowls the way they do when you go inside. It's all half ass.

This location, is always clean inside and has outdoor seating as well. There is a drive thru too. It is close to shopping, Walmart and more, as well as gas stations. It is right off the 15 freeway and highway 74. Central Ave. Lake Elsinore. 1 more off ramp is the outlet center for more shopping. Anytime you can stop by Chipotle, I suggest to to stop here. All the food is fresh and tastes great. The employees are helpful and pleasant as well. The burrito is my go to choice... the Barbacoa is on point. All the choices are great, i just prefer the burrito. Get some chips and guacamole, hits the spot with your meal... if you like hot, the hot sauce will do plenty for you.. watch out. Enjoy.

Amazing food amazing inside love the inside but somewhat expensive 😊

Vegetarian options: Not much but I mean just skip out on the meat option 😊

Parking: A lot of parking in the front for you and your friends 😊

Such small portions. Each time it gets to less than half of what it used to be. Plus they don’t mix things right evenly on burritos. They just throw it as a pile instead of doing it with care and balance.

Extremely small portions every time I go the portions are even smaller, I counted a total of 6 pieces of chicken. Workers are very lazy and close an hour early. They don’t even get a full scoop of guac when I’m paying for it.
