Tonight’s visit was outstanding, drive tru cashier made our night by being friendly and helpful. We had a big order with lots of picky eaters. They listened to every detail did not miss a thing. All my meals were bagged as meals (saved me from guessing where each item is at) plus all my fries were hot. It’s very refreshing to see great service with people who care about customers.

Update as of October 30th 2025: I came in to get some food after working all day, came in at about 11:35-11:40. First the lady is going to take her sweet time to come to the window. Then when she finally makes it we do split payment of cash/card. We also had two separate orders While we're taking a moment to look for exact change (so we can just pay exact cash on card) shes going to be sitting there in the window sighing, being all dramatic and making all these types of faces. (Take in mind, there was nobody sitting behind me in the line for a good 15 min) she walks away while waiting for us and takes her sweet time in the back talking to her coworkers. When she again finally comes back we gave her the card to pay for the rest of the second order, and before we even get the chance to tell her, she tried to pay for both orders in full without taking my app deal. In the end I ended up waiting a good 20 min for 3 tacos and 2 chicken quesadeillas.
And I feel bad for leaving such a bad review because the food was honestly really good. Basicallt, It was just the whole fact of the girl in the window being extra dramatic and honestly super rude, all because we were trying to pay exact change so we wouldnt get any change back when we paid our cash side. If you have something to say about paying with change, then say it, dont sit there making faces and turning around to laugh and sighing all dramatic because you feel like we were taking to long meanwhile you kept us in your line for a good 20-25 min.

I'm so shocked at the service I received from an employee named Joseph who worked on October 29th night shift drive thru line. My burger was cold, so I politely asked for a new one and was willing to pull to the side and wait. He gave me attitude, ripped the bag with the cold burger out of my hand, rolled his eyes at me, put his hand up, told me to pull around because other people want their food, then slammed the window on my face and walked away. My husband and I were in complete shock, and couldn't believe we were treated this was by someone who works in customer service. We asked to speak to the manager, so Adalineie (sp) came to the window but didn't really seem to care! I'm moving forward with this complaint to a higher management, because this is unacceptable!!!

Okay, the crispy chicken box are getting a little skim. I got three strips with about 20 fries. I find that to be a little freaking ridiculous. Are you guys serious and it actually depends on which day you go? How many fries you get that's why you get a one star
My favorite thing is their consistency! I don't have to worry about my order (because I frequently order the same thing) and I always get what I expect. And the strawberry shakes are always spot on!

Majority of the time I visit this fastfood restaurant i always get food that has been sitting for a long while it's cold it's got no flavor and on some foods some are not cooked all the way for instance when I buy a quesadilla the chees is not melted all the way also on their burritos .that's why I only go there when I'm to lazy to go elsewhere. So remember to double check your order and FYI no one ever smiles or greats you with a smile it's like they are forced to work there .
