Major shoutout to Cinthya E. the food was absolutely delicious it was so good. The customer service is setting the bar for excellence with regard to speed. Ordered a kids pancake special with Sunnyside eggs up a turkey burger combo and an avocado bacon cheeseburger combo the food was absolutely delicious. It was so good. We didn’t even have a chance to take a photo of it before we ate it all. It’s a small charming diner with a whole lotta class. They have like glass where the registers are and kind of reminds you of like an older family restaurant with a modern day theme. I really enjoyed the drink options that they had especially the horchata. My wife said the turkey burger was absolutely delicious. My daughter said the pancake was so big. She couldn’t even finish it and I very much enjoyed the avocado bacon cheeseburger. highly recommend Douglas burgers in Lake Elsinore, California.

My philly steak was served in stale bread. The steak was thick, over cooked, chewy and not good. The cheese fries look and tasted like microwaved fries with some shredded fiesta cheese on them. Way over priced for what I got.

I kept trying to talk her into going in,after almost gettin stuck in the drive thru it finally worked and talked her into going in!!! Yessss!!! We ordered and sat down it was nice and cool inside which was awesome since it's over 100° outside!!! I ran up n grabbed our order and let the grubbin begin!!! I didn't hear a single word from her the whole time we're eatin lol!! Douglas Burgers are just that good!!! If it's not all over everywhere when you get done you're not doin it right lol!!! I haven't met a single soul that didn't ABSOLUTELY love Douglas Burgers!!!
