Ordered the waffle combo, the service was pleasant and very quick. The boy who served me was very polite and the food was very delicious.

Waited 30 mins for our food as we watched everyone around us get theirs, including people who ordered after us. Finally went to the counter to ask if it would be much longer. They didn't have our order. Said there was a problem with the printer. The patron standing next to the counter turned to us and said "oh they skipped your order too?" After 45 mins, our order arrived. Just as a "homeless" woman pushing a small child in a stroller came up to our table asking for money. They had to reach around her to even place our food at the table. Never once asking her to leave. She begged for money and when we said no, she asked for food. Unbelievable. No one ever checked on us, asked if we needed anything, etc. We went to the counter twice- once for extra napkins, once for extra syrup. If I had known this is what our experience would have been, I wouldn't have tipped $10 at the counter when I ordered. We won't be back.

I'd stick to the lunch menu. I've gone for breakfast and tried different things and it all has a similar taste. There's like a Smokey burnt taste to what I think are the potatoes. Hash browns to be more clear.
There's a reason why there are many negative reviews for this place. This place has gone downhill ever since its reopening. Not to mention the prices have gone up too & the amount of time it takes to get your order is unbelievable. The food is not too bad itself but the staff is rude. What happened to this place?!
