The customer service was amazing, with a great variety of rolls to choose from. The deal is absolutely worth it.Also very accommodating for a big group of eight.

If they took any longer for phone order pickup on a simple katsu chicken I’d be more angry . They told me 10 mins over the phone. Came after 10 mins and waited another 15 mins! Don’t lie to customers

BEST chirachi bowl ! dont go for that in menifee stick to canyon lake . but unfortunately they shouldn't charge for the side sauces. 1.50$ for a small serving and its not even filled up to the rim. half way up. worth it if its free ☆ but not to pay in my opinion. when we sit inside we get it for free right? so it should be free. thank you

On Oct. 1, 2025, I took a friend to Hana's in Menifee, thinking of setting up monthly lunches for approx. 12 team members, monthly. We ordered soft drinks and had canned Pepsi served.We had to request glasses for the $3.95, 12 Oz. can! My friend ordered the Salmon Kama, and first bite was filled with bones!! My California roll was just rolled in rice! Servers and cooks were all men dressed in black. Service was slow and they were not busy. I have been coming to Hana for a good 15+ years, bringing many people with. I will never go back! It was a horrible experience!!

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant, relaxing vibe and delicious food. No matter what we ordered, they were always very satisfying! Highly reccomend 😁

Avoid at all costs. we ordered takeout and everything we ordered was completely rotten. I couldn’t eat anything. It was a complete waste of money. Very frustrating. Looked great, but almost vomited after one bite.

They always take good care of me and my family, food is awesome and the service is spectacular.

I usually get the chicken katsu bento box with a side of calamari for only 2 dollars extra. Highly recommend

I used to love to eat here but man my order arrived hot and gross. No longer do they serve the sweet scallops instead they serve rock hard baby scallops... I mean the entire order warm, which is gross

Pick up the best

Ordered 4 rolls to go and was given one soy ginger wasabi and spicy mayo and when I asked for more I was told it cost extra. It’s not like we are asking for a bunch more just enough for each person who got a roll but to have to share one between 4 or pay more is a little ridiculous. Especially when my order is $60 you can give me my sides for each roll.

Took both my kids here. My 11 year old son is not a fan of sushi partly because mom gets him the Starter brothers brand. I told him to have an open mind and so I ordered him the crunchy rolls. At first he was hesitant but once he took the first bite his eyes lid up and he tore through his dish like there was no tomorrow. We got the Mexican, Philly cheese, salmon and crunchy rolls and all were amazing!!
