Really good Jack n The Box. Always reliable and food is always warm and fresh. I usually go at night and the ladies there at night are always polite and courteous.

Owners got cheap and removed the military discount.
Other locations still offer military discount.
My family and I will not be eating here again.
I am extremely disappointed as a doggy mom because we have been traveling all night and stop at jack for some food. The night shift girl with piercings in her lip couldn’t be bothered enough to get our dog a pup cup even with it advertised on their drive through window. She was also bothered we added fries to our order. Steer clear of this location , she is a grump! :(

i i’ve had negative experiences at this location with the same cashier over the Last year with the same cashier. I stopped going for a while, but it is the closest one to my house so sometimes I’ll stop there for breakfast in the morning with my children is cashier Is a young lady with red dyed hair and braces. This morning on October 28th 2025 at 6:47 this morning, she took my order through the drive-through and collected money for me out the window. She argued with me about my drink being added as an extra drink instead of putting it in the combo because that’s how it comes. I explained to her that I used to work at Jack-in-the-Box and that It is good common courtesy to ask the guest what kind of drink drinks they want instead of just up selling an extra drink when you didn’t even order an original drink with the combo. She argued with me for about a minute about why she didn’t add my drink to the Combo originally. I explained to her I did not have time to argue with her and she finally left to go get my food. she handed me my order, but she didn’t modify it and put the hash brown in the burrito like I asked, and she did not give me a receipt. She did not come back to the window for some time. Finally, she came back to the window and I told her that the hashbrowns should be in the burrito and she fixed it for me one time previously months before I asked her for ranch with a $25 order and she did not give it to me without charging me. I have never been charged for ranch at a Jack-in-the-Box location before I’ve seen this Jack-in-the-Box Worker many times. I even seen A negative video of her on a Social media group in Canyon Hills. I am incredibly tired of this rude young Lady Getting away with terrible customer service. I’m writing this review so that hopefully her work ethics can be shaped and she can stop treating people so badly. It wasn’t insane. She repeatedly argued with me about guest service and treating the guests like guest. Times are tough for everybody out there. All of our money is precious and it’s sad to go pay for food Service and get treated so horribly. Please prove to me that customer service is not dead at your location anymore.

pulled into the drive through at 3:10 am today and waited at the speaker for 6 minutes with no answer, pulled around the front to see if anybody was inside and saw this woman checking to see if i left, i pulled back around to see why she wasn’t taking my order and when shr saw me through the window she shook her head no and walked away

Me and my friend were in the drive-through in Jack in the box at 3:30 am to get our morning ice coffee one rude lady with red hair said they were closed, but we were there yesterday in the morning same time and we did get our iced coffee they did not want to give us our coffees in the morning because they said they were closed and it says close at 4:30 AM

I'd put zero stars if I could , tiny tacos were like rubber and felt microwaved. Unacceptable they werent ever busy either. Drive thru was empty and only 2 customers inside . No excuse for rubbery left out tiny tacos . Broken fries . Not cold enough milkshakes they are more like soup. Usually they take like 20+min for simple food orders. One time they even messed up and gave my one sandwich to another customer when I waited 20 min for a grilled cheese . Ridiculous .

When will you guys realize hiring people who hate their job ain’t the move! Whoever is working the window at this exact hour should be talked too. Wow literally drove away but had to leave this review to make a point abt these fast food businesses hiring ppl like that! Literally was on a business call for a job opportunity worth more than homegirls salary for two weeks sorry if I needed a moment before ordering instead very rudly insisted I order in that very moment cause people are waiting behind me this ain’t a race girl sorry you got to do your job. Have yall never been taught patience I guess not. I’ll be giving my business elsewhere n I know that might not hurt the company but in the long run ppl working for you like that will be the demise of a lot of places. I def ain’t spending my money to people the service like that nope thank god there’s so many other options. Btw got the business deal I needed for my daughter and I to keep shining times are hard, single mom real world adult problems! I guess minimum wage employees don’t seem to get when tested with real people who make real money, to think I vote for yall to get raises non of your younger generation deserves it. Life gets harder learn from this as your business should have too by now but they keep hiring miserable people working a drive thru thinking about herself n a damn fast food line that will be tended too chill so I left so fast she should be able to get right to it now. Hahahahahah 0 stars if I could she did nothing but be rude, cold world but god is good n I’ll be ok but this will be seen n hope a learning lesson to those who come across such nasty people protect your peace

If I could give zero stars I WOULD. I had called yesterday about leaving a vape at jack in the box RIGHT after I left. The girl answered and asked for my first and last name and said she’d leave it out for me when I’m ready to pick it up. Keep in mind it was worth $80.00. So when I had went to pick it up TODAY the manager denied it was ever there and I asked if she could ask her coworkers and she refused!!! So I told her I’ll be emailing corporate and she said okay that’s good. My boyfriend called and asked for her name and she refused to give it on the phone. I also asked her name and she would not give it to me. I just could not believe the terrible service and couldn’t believe she wouldn’t even ask any other workers about it. I WILL be emailing corporate because now this is stolen property and they strictly told me they would put it in the back safely for me to come pick it up it’s no longer there so therefore it’s stolen. I hope corporate can handle this situation better than she could. Here’s a picture of the lady below she should NOT have a job after this based on how she treats customers. So rude and disrespectful.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly disappointing. The cashier, Joana A., was rude and gave unnecessary attitude when I asked for hot sauce and ranch at the drive-thru. She claimed they were already placed at the bottom of the bag with the napkins, but when I checked, there was nothing there. After informing her, she handed us only three packs of hot sauce and no ranch—even though we had ordered four tacos.
When I got home, I confirmed that there was still no ranch or any extra sauce, and to top it off, the tacos I specifically requested with no yellow cheese had yellow cheese anyway. It’s frustrating to deal with poor customer service, especially when there were no other cars behind us and there was no rush. Definitely expected better.

I visited this Jack in the Box location around 8 AM and was disappointed by the lack of patience from the gentleman taking my order at the drive-thru. While I understand that fast food service can be busy, I felt rushed as he repeatedly asked if I was finished while I was still ordering. When I arrived at the window, he asked if I had ever ordered there before, which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
Good customer service includes patience, especially for customers who may need a little more time. A more understanding and courteous approach would make the experience much better for everyone. I hope management can emphasize the importance of patience and kindness in customer interactions.
