We waited over 20 minutes for 4 tacos and Jalapeno poppers, as we waited we saw two complaints about orders through the drive threw. The kitchen staff was full over 5 people in the back not including by the drive threw window..... Multiple people waiting for the cashier to charge them for cash, I say this because I had to wave someone down to take my cash payment. We seen a car behind us leave 10mins ago....... we made the mistake coming inside for our food.

Ordered a meat lovers burrito and it only had eggs in it. Waited about ten minutes for it too. Asked for 5 sauces and only got 2. Never going back

I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and a side of Jalapeño poppers. After I paid, the lady asked me to pull out front and she would bring me my meal. That timer they're on really shows when they don't want you sitting in the drive thru for more than a minute. In any case, the food was good and hot. I was excited when I saw the size of the container, the chicken sandwich was in, and assumed it was this monster sandwich like the pictures show. We'll, the joke was on me, that wasn't the case at all. Huge container and a small sandwich. I like going to this place because normally, you'll get the food fresh. I don't mind waiting at all for a piping hot fresh meal. I really dislike these shrinkflation times where the prices go up, and the product gets smaller. I'll still continue to support Jack, but hope the sizes go back to how they used to be.
There is a good reason why my family keeps coming to this Jack in the Box location over the other 2 that are closer to home. The staff is always nice and friendly, and our order is always right, hot, and tasty. We have never really had an issue with our order except for one minor thing when they were swamped, and they went above and beyond to make it better.

This jack has messed up my orders so many times. Fries are super cold at times and this is now the 3rd time I found hair in the food. Disgusting!

The drive through will just leave u there in silence. I have gone 4 separate times. The one occasion I was served they didn't have condiments and the order was wrong. The 3 separate occasions after, myself and other patrons were left in the drive thru until cars started leaving due to being left there. I would recommend this location restaff or maybe sell and let another franchise owner give it a shot. The staff are 100 percent just not taking the customers I'm sure there is a way to check cameras for the proof of that.

This location is so awful. The order is either wrong or missing something EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If I order Coke, they give me diet. If I order tacos with extra cheese and lettuce, they make it with no cheese, no lettuce, no sauce. That's happened to me twice now. The food is always old and cold. I can't wait for the Riverside Dr. location to open back up because they were amazing.
