Juice It Up!

I just bought 2 açaí berry bowls from my local Juice it Up. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens so I decided to post a review. I spent nearly $30 on 2 large bowls and neither of them were full. For the sake of being fair, I’m posting a picture of my bowl which was more full than my daughters yet it was still about 25% empty. I don’t get bowls often because they are pricey, but when I do buy them, I do not expect to feel jipped. I’m sure there are some standards given this is a franchise so please stick to those!

Great healthier option. Delicious açaí bowls and smoothies. The pb cold brew mocha is my favorite for a little coffee kick.

Awesome place used to go here all the time. Back to eating healthy so this was a perfect fast place to grab some protein to keep me going while running errands! Highly recommended!

I hope whoever owns this juice it up reads this! Ownership/management needs to step it up a notch (or 5) and help out your employees. You've got one miserable employee here on a Friday afternoon in the middle of summer. Orders are taking 30 minutes to come out, no exaggeration, thats what shes quoting as she takes your order. You've got 5 people in line waiting just to get their order taken, but that's just the ones that stay. Customers are leaving left and right. I asked the stressed out employee what happened with scheduling, "did someone not show up?" She told me this is just the schedule. Why are you choosing to loose sales, loose customers, and stress out your employees?? Do better.

Apparently it takes 20 minutes to make an Açaí bowl, and it’s ok to make everyone else’s order before ours when they ordered after us…

They always make my bowls and smoothies perfectly and have great customer service.

The number one thing for me is cleanliness and proper food handling, and this place offers neither. Staff after touching everything including money they grab the fresh juice without gloves or washing their hands. Also they always have only one person working and they look so unhappy. I drove to the one in Lake Elsinore, got better service and the guy wore gloves.

The reviews for this store are mixed but it's definitely not even 3 stars. The staff seemed horribly inconvenienced from the moment I stepped foot into the store (45 minutes before the posted closed time). One of the drinks was missing half the ingredients. The whole vibe was off and I won't be back, unfortunately.

Parking: Plenty of handicap spaces, general packing, well lit, and storefronts have well maintained sidewalks.

Kid-friendliness: Generally kid friendly. No public restrooms.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for all.

The girl making my smoothie here her name is Haley I’m pretty sure! Thats what the receipt said but she made me an excellent smoothie and she was really pretty lol!

I ordered two açaí bowls at 7:39pm 9/12/23. The server Kalina was kind and got our order right. I guess I’m the few lucky ones to get the best service here ever. Only Kalina was working and she was moving fast as others came in right after us. I saw the grind in her an we gave her a 5.00 tip.

The customer service was excellent! My drink was made correctly and on time.
