The reviews for this store are mixed but it's definitely not even 3 stars. The staff seemed horribly inconvenienced from the moment I stepped foot into the store (45 minutes before the posted closed time). One of the drinks was missing half the ingredients. The whole vibe was off and I won't be back, unfortunately.Parking: Plenty of handicap spaces, general packing, well lit, and storefronts have well maintained sidewalks.Kid-friendliness: Generally kid friendly. No public restrooms.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for all.

It shouldn't take over 30min for 1 smoothie to be made. 1 guy takin 15 min on 1 acai bowl other takin orders causing the line to back up.

Before I came, I read the reviews for this place to see if it would be good. There were some mixed reviews but I still decided to go. Kalina saw me walking up to the door and was already at her POS/register and greeted me as I walked in. Was very friendly and right on it. Haley as well greeted me as I walked in. My order was taken, I waited no longer than about 5 minutes. The whole time they were both working hard and busting out orders. Guess it just depends on who is working there but the service I got makes me want to come back again.

I experienced THE BEST customer service I've ever had at a smoothie place whenever I come here and am served by Kalina or Haley! They always bring smiles to my face anytime I pop in and just makes my day better! I love smoothies but they are the main reason I go to Juice it up. They definitely should get raises. Best employees!

The girl making my smoothie here her name is Haley I’m pretty sure! Thats what the receipt said but she made me an excellent smoothie and she was really pretty lol!Parking: It’s in a good place to get smoothies!

I have been going to this juice it up for years it's a hit or miss. So if you happen to go to this juice it up in the morning the owner is working most of the time. It seems like he has an issue keeping people working there and keeping people hired for one. But if he's working that's when you don't want to go I think he's the problem for the place. It's the third time I've gone there to where he has left my drink in the blender to melt and sit there. And his solution is to make it thicker and mess the taste up and then you ask for extra strawberries and he doesn't put them he just ignores it. I've given him the benefit of doubt a few times and now I'm bothered. And even if he isn't the one working most his employees don't greet you then ignore you they can't multi task they can't seem to blend and ask your name to see if your order is done cause most the time it is! If I could I would recommend not going here just go to the juice it up on central in lake Elsinore.

I ordered two açaí bowls at 7:39pm 9/12/23. The server Kalina was kind and got our order right. I guess I’m the few lucky ones to get the best service here ever. Only Kalina was working and she was moving fast as others came in right after us. I saw the grind in her an we gave her a 5.00 tip.

9/18: My smoothie took 15 minutes even though I was the only one in there. They didn't start working on it for a good 7 minutes after I ordered it and I ended up being late to where I was going because of that. I've gone before it didn't take near that time
I enjoy the green smoothie. The remodel looks really good. The service here is so so.

Although we were the only two people there, the older gentleman took his sweet little time making my son's and my drinks. People seem to complain about the younger employees but if this older gentleman Is trying to set an example, the place is doomed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!I came to this Juice it Up and was excited to be the only customer, although the employee was on his phone and finished his texts before he looked up to greet me. I ordered $41 of acai bowls, which were 4 bowls almost all with the same ingredients. A family of 3 came in after me and ordered 3 smoothies. The employee told me that my order would take about 10 min, so I waited in the car. About 15 min later, I went back inside, and he hadn't even started making them. I was in disbelief, and he was still trying to confirm with me what ingredients were in each one. Then, after waiting another 15 min, granted, by this time, there are 4 sets of customers waiting in line without being yet helped or even greeted.And.. ..what I received was DISGUSTING! It had old frozen dilapidated blueberries, which should be fresh at a Juice bar, and he made mistakes on the orders. Other clients left before ordering.Unfortunately, I will never visit this location again, and i bummed because it's right where I run my errands. And, right in the neighborhood of some high-end clients. The list goes on, but I'm going to stop there.DO NOT GO HERE! !!!!
