This is a new location, they just opened and we decided to try it yesterday. The place is nicely decorated. When we arrived there were 2 employees one taking the order (nice guy) and one blond young lady ready to make the juices. I asked for one drink and if we liked we were going to order more. The guy had no problem w that but the lady had an attitude about that. We decided to order two drinks of the same kind to avoid having an issue w the lady since she was the one making the drinks. After receiving our drinks I asked for a cup of ice and again she had the same negative reaction !!!!!!! so I decided to ask her -“ if you hate your job so much WHY DONT YOU GET ANOTHER ONE, you don’t have to deal w customers if that’s not your thing I work in retail and would never treat my customers the way you do !!!!! NEVER EVER !!!!She wasn’t very happy but as long as she is there we won’t go back PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS !!!! New location, New business, NO SUPPORTING THIS one !!!!!

This juice it up us horrible the workers are rude don't wash their hands pick their nose for the price you pay for these smoothies you except great customer service. A girl is wearing a crop top at work, Be more appropriate for work i shouldn't be able to see your belly when you're making my smoothie. The manager is also

Last week, I went to a Juice it Up in Redlands, CA and tried all the new horchata drinks over the span of a few days. All of them were DELICIOUS and I was impressed! When I came back to my home in Lake Elsinore, I wanted to get them again so I went to the location on Central Ave. The first time I went, I got the Strawberry horchata drink and was almost surprised when I received it because tasted nothing like the one I had previously in the week. It wasn't horrible to drink, but I was still disappointed because it wasn't great. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I got the PB horchata smoothie. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I was disgusted. It tasted horrible and nothing like the one I had in Redlands. I wasted almost $10 on a drink and I was upset. Customer service was good, but I will not be returning to this Juice It Up because the drinks are not made correctly.

The first time I went here and was pleasantly surprised at how many options they had, especially healthy options. It's hard to find protein smoothies that have enough protein, but they have them.Service was exceptional, as we asked lots of questions.

Manager refused a gentleman his free drink on his 70th birthday because it wasn’t in the app! He goes there twice a month and now JIU has lost that customer permanently. Sometimes we need to think outside the box and really work on people skills.

Honestly this was my first bad experience here with customer service. The guy Luke who assisted us was very rude. As me and my little sister where walking in I said hello didn’t get one back. No problem I guess it wasn’t a good day. Then another person walks in and says hi he automatically has a mood change and says hello how are you. Honestly bad experience

I hope the owner reads this. Ever time I go the glass doors are filthy. This time there were flies. So bad that one customer in line left and said it was disgusting. Flies were hanging out on the adjacent glass windows as well!! This is not acceptable… please clean this place up. Also the young lady’s attitude was poor. 09/24/22 @ 11:30 a.m. Maybe she was having a bad day.
