What A pleasant experience everytime I enter the door! These ladies / Gentleman are very Courteous to me and my family, they work well under the pressure of long lines with a smile. I gave it 5 stars because the brand is great. However, beware that they will not make fresh juice an hour before close. Just walked out of this location and the girl out the counter told me they were closed for making juice and wheatgrass. FYI.

I used to come here often and they would always mess up either the base or size of açaí bowl and sometimes the service wouldn’t be good but recently I’ve been coming again and it’s soooo much better I just had the best açaí bowl they were so generous with toppings and the workers were so nice!! 👍

This is a new location, they just opened and we decided to try it yesterday. The place is nicely decorated. When we arrived there were 2 employees one taking the order (nice guy) and one blond young lady ready to make the juices. I asked for one drink and if we liked we were going to order more. The guy had no problem w that but the lady had an attitude about that. We decided to order two drinks of the same kind to avoid having an issue w the lady since she was the one making the drinks. After receiving our drinks I asked for a cup of ice and again she had the same negative reaction !!!!!!! so I decided to ask her -“ if you hate your job so much WHY DONT YOU GET ANOTHER ONE, you don’t have to deal w customers if that’s not your thing I work in retail and would never treat my customers the way you do !!!!! NEVER EVER !!!!She wasn’t very happy but as long as she is there we won’t go back PEOPLE BE AWARE OF THIS !!!! New location, New business, NO SUPPORTING THIS one !!!!!

Last week, I went to a Juice it Up in Redlands, CA and tried all the new horchata drinks over the span of a few days. All of them were DELICIOUS and I was impressed! When I came back to my home in Lake Elsinore, I wanted to get them again so I went to the location on Central Ave. The first time I went, I got the Strawberry horchata drink and was almost surprised when I received it because tasted nothing like the one I had previously in the week. It wasn't horrible to drink, but I was still disappointed because it wasn't great. Today, I decided to give it another shot and I got the PB horchata smoothie. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but I was disgusted. It tasted horrible and nothing like the one I had in Redlands. I wasted almost $10 on a drink and I was upset. Customer service was good, but I will not be returning to this Juice It Up because the drinks are not made correctly.

The first time I went here and was pleasantly surprised at how many options they had, especially healthy options. It's hard to find protein smoothies that have enough protein, but they have them.Service was exceptional, as we asked lots of questions.
