The chicken is never ready on time when you order it through the app. Even when you place your order ahead of time it takes another 30 minutes to receive your order. Then you have to call into the restaurant because they forget you are outside waiting for your order. Sometimes the chicken has a bitter taste to it because they don't clean their grease often enough.

My parents went to this one, and the service was just as bad as the food. The girl was very rude about the food ordered. The supervisor yelled at my parents not to treat her workers that way, when it was in fact the worker who was rude, and told my parents to never go back there. My parents are elderly and shouldn't have been treated that way. The food they got was not any better. The chicken was overcooked and very hard.

Every time I go here the lady at the register has a terrible attitude. The chicken is always stale and undercooked and the mashed potatoes taste like they were made with water straight from the sewer. Idk maybe it's the negative energy flying around all of the food but I feel as though kfc is a lost cause in general. The food is not what it used to be no matter the location. I definitely won't be wasting my money here again.

Kfc is so expensive & not worth it when your food is STALE, everytime I come i try to tell myself maybe its just a one off day, but no food is stale. Like its been sitting there all day. This location needs to do better

So I ordered the $50 family meal regular style. Came with two things of mashed potatoes and two things of coleslaw and a box of biscuits and chicken that were legs and thighs. Overall not worth the price it's just Kentucky Fried Chicken biscuits were soft enough though and coleslaw was fine. I might suggest you go with the $5 meal if you have more people to feed since you get the same amount for less money in the long term. Restaurant was clean staff was nice enough couldn't necessarily get into the restrooms but there's a hand sanitizer station by the counter.

They are rude every time you ask for more then 3 sauces even if it’s a large order. I went threw the drive thru and they said they gave me my sauces and once I got home .. of course they did not ! Done with this kfc location .
Huge tasty chicken. Had a 12 piece family meal with half / half mixed of original & crispy shicken, shared between 4pax. Damage per person is USD$11. A very affordable meal. I do live the coselaw because the vegetables are just crunching fresh.

ordered a bucket it bucket with gravy dipping cup. gave us a tender combo and told us they don’t do gravy dipping cups when i see it on the menu? order was completely wrong and not what i wanted at all. i don’t understand how hard it is, ive been here twice and had a horrible experience both times
