Easily the worst KFC Meal I've ever had. The mashed potatoes are no longer potatoes, they were watery and runny and also drowning in Gravy that we didn't ask for. What happened to serving the gravy In a separate container? The chicken was dark brown and greasy instead of krispy light brown the way I remember it. $32 for an 8 piece meal, I wish I could have that money back. I don't know if its just this location or KFC in whole but the quality of their food was no way near what I remember it in the past.

I went to this location yesterday and ordered three tacos, a Famous Bowl, and a classic chicken combo with mac & cheese. I expected my food to be fresh, especially since it was during a busier time, but instead, my food was not fresh at all, and the Famous Bowl had barely any chicken.
On the day of the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. I wasn’t about to let my family go hungry because they failed to provide fresh food, so I had no choice but to deal with it myself.
Today alone, I called 13 times and still could not get anyone on the phone. With no response in the last 24 hours, I went in person to address the issue. That’s when I spoke with a young employee who seemed to be a shift lead or manager — and her attitude was extremely condescending. She cut me off when I explained that I had been trying to call and told me that “if I don’t have the food, it doesn’t matter,” even though I still had my receipt and it had been less than 24 hours since my order.
At the time I went in, there were no customers inside and multiple staff in the back, yet no one had answered the phone. The unprofessionalism at this location is ridiculous, and I will think twice before ordering here again UPDATE AS OF 6:45 pm, now the phone is off the hook. I need some form of manger to get in contact with me asap

The worst customer service ever called the manager to get my order fixed I had ordered chicken tacos that had one little piece of fat in each taco….She said she can’t do anything for my order and they give half portions. I was in shock. she came across such attitude for someone working in the food industry

Sorry to do this but I came in with the deal options of the 4 piece drums and thigh with two sides for $12. Not an online deal, not a coupon either. Just a normal order per KFC. No staff attends to me while waiting for over 10 minutes in front of the counter. Then Felis comes up and decides to ruin the entire order that is listed and not offer it with absolutely terrible attitude. She should get some customer service training along with all the staff that just stares are you while waiting to get an order. It's called fast food for a reason folks. I would not recommend which is why I go to Popeyes mostly.

The teenager that told my order was very rude they don't know how to listen to customer orders and causing at you because they have a bad day with others customer
Just went through a drive thru ordered 8 pieces chicken meal . Person taking order very inattentive and the guy that open the window and gave the food are very rude. We ask if there's a senior discount and response and told us "" I don't know sir I just work over here" and slam the window. Asked for plates and spoons , condiments prior, nothing given zero were given. This guy needs to get fired. Poor , terrible customer service, never encountered such an employee like that , that doesn't know about the company that he is working for or the policy. This is not the first that it happened in this location, tried it again, same thing happened. Poor orientation or employee just doesn't care.

Bought the Tuesday 8 piece, 4 legs/4 thighs $10 special. Got 4 legs, 2 thighs and 2 overcooked dried-out breast's. Took the breast's back. Last time I went, I got 8 legs! Love KFC but hate the way this KFC always seems to mix-up the orders.
