This place used to be one of my favorite places to eat not anymore. was there one hour before they closed and did not receive my order completely. yet they still charged for the full amount of the order. was ripped off. I will not be going back to this establishment and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Well after multiple attempts at this restaurant, I still have yet to get good service. and tonight they ripped us off. Three all you can eat dinners for $138. My one friend got two rolls before they shut the kitchen down. I was missing half of my order and my other friend was missing half of his order, we were there at 8 o’clock. We were asked to place our last order at 8: 15 which we did. Giving them plenty of time to provide the orders. We did not receive half of what we ordered. When we brought this up to the staff after we had paid thinking our order was going to be brought out still, we were informed that the kitchen had already been cleaned up and shut down and no more orders will be sent out. I asked the lady if she thought it was fair that $40 for two rolls one being a Philadelphia and the other being another simple role was fair , she replied with there’s nothing I can do and walked away and started cleaning up to go home as well as the rest of the kitchen staff , meanwhile, the main chef was at the bar drinking a beer at 8:45 while there was still an unfinished order.
I see why this place is always slow, the service sucks. The food was mediocre. I would not waste my time or my money going to this establishment.
I know there’s gonna be plenty of people on here that say it’s the best thing in the world since sliced bread and that’s your opinion, in my opinion this place sucks and should not be in business much longer if they’re gonna be running things like that. I will not be returning as well as a few other people that I know, good luck to anyone else that goes there. I hope your experiences are better than mine at that establishment and may your service be a lot better.

All around very overpriced. Your basic rolls start at $8-10. If you want a special roll it’s $16 average. It’s big pull is an all you can for $40. The sushi rolls came out missing some rice so it wasn’t complete.
Our rolls came out one by one instead of all together. Was handed the check as I was still waiting on an order!
Average place with way to high of prices

Every time I go here I get food poisoning. I gave them 3 attempts and got sick 3 different times.
No other sushi place I go to gets me sick like this.
The staff is friendly enough but I'm ranking them poorly because I fear the kitchen staff does not store or handle food properly.
The decorations are ok but covered in dust you can tell they never really clean the whole room. So if the front of the house is that dirty and dusty I can only imagine how bad the back is. That leads me back to the food poisoning.
I can't in good conscience recommend this restaurant when there are better options in town.

My parents love this place; they come for the all-you-can-eat sushi. They have been regulars here throughout the years, even as it has changed names. The portions and quality of the rolls are excellent. We generally stick to the Hottie Hottie and the eel roll. This is definitely the only sushi place we ever go to when we get a craving.

Just doesn't compare to other Sushi restaurants in the area?I personally didn't like the food and way over rated. Price gouging big time.

1st: was told there would be an 18% “service charge” for 7 or more people. Had 6 and a high chair for a 2 yr old. Who did NOT order food nor the high chair!
2nd: food didn’t come out at the same time. 4 out of the 6 of us were almost done when the teriyaki beef came out. Of all meals! Both ordered the entree but only one got the right order the other came as a bowl and was told by the server it ”was the same, almost”…no it wasn’t! The teriyaki sauce was like a gravy and the “meat” was about 40% fat! The sashimi and sushi combo wasn’t the right order although was beautifully served and fresh, just completely wrong. Server only came back because he was dropping a check at another table. Asked if my grandson wanted another soda. He declined but asked for water. It never came. Finally I requested the bill and there was the service charge! I wasn’t happy!!! I asked them to take it off but was told it was the restaurants policy. No need to argue with the server as it’s not his policy and he’s just doing his job, in that respect! Sooo with that being said we will NOT return!

Frat time, recommended by my neighbor. Definitely worth it, food was great and the server(not sure her name , tall blonde) was great. Was the first not one serving and had quite a few tables. Was very patient's while we were deciding as my wife has very limited options she can have. Will definitely be back.

Food was so good, we dined in and the server was the only one working all the tables and did an amazing job at serving us, seeing is we needed anything and etc.

I had this spot before and it was very good so I was calling for take out at 845 which they close at 930pm. I called a few times was ringing then it stopped ringing when called back as if they took the phone off the hook and was going to voice-mail which they don't even have setup yet. Very rude

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Waited over 15 mins for my drink of (2) so a beer and oyster shot. He instead helped other couples and forgot about us and was rude about it as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Worst service! Only had one server smh his excuse is he said it was slammed when they were only 3 of us. Unprofessional.

Great for Tesla superchargers stop. AYCE has rice on everything, so don’t order more than 2 of anything per round to not pay overage. Also rolls are full size, not the tasters you would normally expect. All fish is farmed and not the freshest I’ve had, but prices are fair for what you get. Didn’t get sick the next day either so it must have still been within acceptable expiration. Hot sake was delicious! Servers were extremely attentive and worked as a team.
Parking: Tesla superchargers next door woot!

i can't really my giving this restaurant a review, therefore i was only there 45 minutes. they are really short on staff, and we sat at our spot waiting for menus for 30 minutes. my family ended up leaving based on how long it took. i dont know how there food is so i can't judge that.

If there was zero stars I would give them a zero . Really bad service . You have to flag the waiters to help you or remind them to bring you a drink . I came on Tuesday evening and waiters Brenda and Taylor need to be gone . Literally saw me and ignored me . I left without even ordering my dessert because I gave up . I left with a sour taste in my mouth . I loved this place but now they need new staff .
