On [4-9 -2024 ], I visited your restaurant with my wife and family to celebrate her 69th birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately struck by the excessively loud music, which greatly detracted from the ambiance we were hoping to enjoy. While we understand that Mexican restaurants incorporatethe music adding A delightful. Experience . But the high-pitched loud guitar music was not in line with the relaxing and enjoyable dining experience we had anticipated. In an attempt to address the issue, I approached a member of Staff.to kindly request that the music be lowered to a more comfortable level. She said unfortunately no. However, I addressed the owner , manager he's attitude can only be described as dismissive . The individual in question displayed a complete lack of regard for our concerns and made it clear that our comfort was of little importance to them. He said next time bring ear plugs. Furthermore, it was disheartening to learn from one of your employees that this disrespectful attitude extends beyond interactions with customers and also affects the treatment of your own staff. No patron, regardless of age or background, should ever be made to feel inferior or unwelcome in a place of business. I read that this is a family own restaurant for many years. I speculate that he owner inherited this restaurant and his family would have been very Disappointed in him Despite our efforts to salvage the evening, the persistent noise level continued . our dining experience, leaving us feeling frustrated and disheartened. It is deeply concerning that such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy could occur in a reputable establishment like yours. As a paying customer, I believe it is imperative to bring these issues to your attention in the hope that they will be addressed promptly and effectively. No individual should be made to feel as though their concerns are inconsequential or unworthy of consideration. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure that all patrons are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Love this place!! The Gobenador taco is the best! The atmosphere is great & I loved the music they were playing. Quick & friendly Service. Highly recommended!

Great place for food and drinks. Staff is friendly and no reservations required (first come basis). Ambience is family friendly. Hold on to your wallet because although food and drinks are delicious, it sure adds up quickly. But al in all - it was worth it . Have you ever had the deep fried lobster - highly recommended. Drinks, you can't have just one ...Salud!

This is a hidden gem in Old Town Lake Elsinore! I had the appetizer, 2 marinated pork sopes. These were very unique & flavorful! I also had an a la carte chili relleno with green sauce instead of of the red. Although, I thought $16 was a little expensive for one a la carte, it was by far the BEST chili relleno I have had in Southern California!! Next time I will get the complete meal which would be a better deal. Since it was Taco Tuesday, I had to hang around to get their discounted taco's to go, $3.50 each. I will be having these for dinner! I definitely will be back!! Oh, and I loved the unique, fun ambiance!

Went here for brunch on 4/7/2024 was not impressed, this place has gone downhill fast, the atmosphere was trash, the food was even worse, my steak tasted like it was burnt, chimichurri on my steak wasn't actually chimichurri. Wife had their version of eggs Benedict , it looked like slop and did not taste good at all, They serve "Pisco Sour's" which are a staple in Peru, they failed big time for getting that during so wrong ( adding ingredients that don't belong in a pisco sour). La Única needs to stay with Mexican food and stop trying to add other cultures food which they get wrong and ruin. The new owner just needs to stop!...... oh and it was very pleasant getting to hear the owner Ishmael yelling at his staff.

There's no place that beats the bar at La Unica. It's fun, friendly, and always a good time. The food is on point. 10 toes down all day every day. Never had a bad time, drink, or dish here. I have always and will always recommend this restaurant.

Everything about this place is amazing! The ambiance, the food, the drinks, and the service! The lobster tacos are excellent. The drinks are so delicious and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. If you are in Lake Elsinore, you have to stop by La Unica. Ish will take good care of you! Best restaurant in Lake Elsinore.
Lunch with my beautiful wife today ! Lobster was amazing and the birria tacos were also delicious ! Modelo beer was ice cold. We will defiantly be coming back again.

Super tasty vegan dishes, huge portions, comfy & eclectic atmosphere.Vegetarian options: They have a nice sized vegan section on the menu plus other vegan options noted throughout. Highly recommend the vegan queso fundido, esquites, potato taquitos and jackfruit tinga burrito.

Avoid this place, I went there a year ago and it was pretty good and yesterday I decided to take a group of my friends and go eat there. And my friends were skeptical but I reassured them it was great. But I was wrong. We walk in and the music was so loud you couldn’t even have a conversation. As well as we walked in at 8:16 and got seated quickly but not a single server came to greet or us or get us drinks. They were a little busy but we saw servers going back to the same table over and over to make sure they were okay and another server cleaning a table instead of helping us. At 8:38, 20 mins after we got seated without even water we walked out of there.

We had a late lunch for 2 people, and we were able to get a booth! Most of the time, you have to wait. I was so excited! They played great music, have an eccentric decor, and delicious food! We ordered mole poblano plate, shrimp fajitas, and carne asada nachos for an appetizer. The service was great! We love their food that we will come back as loyal customers!
