Ordered through the app it said it was in the portal, but it wasn't finally got my order came home ready to eat, because I was really hungry. I was so disappointed my pizza was under cooked.Had to put in the over to cook it more. Don't think I'd visit this location again.
I do not recommend this place, very bad hygiene. There was garbage in my pizza

I ordered through your app with portal pickup. It was busy with customers in the lobby when I got there. And only one employee working up front. My order wasn't in the portal by the time stated. When I asked about my order, the young male turned around and reached for my order from behind the front counter. It was ready, just not in the portal, although the app stated it was "in the oven". The employee was not very friendly and just handed me my order without saying anything and went on to the next customer. He also didn't include crazy sauce, or ask if I wanted any to go with my crazy bread. Which I didn't realize until I got home. Pizza's were a 8 out of 10. Tasted like it had been sitting a bit.

Pizzas be looking half assed and rushed and wait time is always ‘15’minutes ends up being a Extra 10-20 mins on top of that

The cashier was very friendly and the pizza was very well delivered on time.
Only the very small place to wait inside.

Management refused to refund me for missing items by original payment method which was by card and said I would need to come into the location to get my refund which was false. I called customer service the next day and was able to get my refund by card by phone. Not a great experience ? Overall Time wasted and Pizza with no drinks-

I ordered online through the app one pizza was not even cut at all. And then the other pizza we ordered pepperoni and didnt even come with it! How ridiculous is that i came home and was disappointed, now i cant go back what a waste of time

The food is great, and on a good day, you’ll get the standard Little Caesars experience. However, my recent visit was quite different:
I came a little under a half an hour before closing because I wanted to motivate my brother to do his homework. When I walked in, the employee tossed a pineapple pizza on the counter and said, “That’s all we got; we are closing.” I asked if he was sure, as I noticed a couple of boxes where they keep the Hot-N-Ready pizzas. He then started fumbling around, showing me whatever was left, and at the very end found those pizzas.
He admitted the pizzas left were “crap” (and they were), but still said, “That’ll be 10 dollars.” This experience left a bad taste, not just from the pizza, but because of the lazy and disrespectful attitude.
Main issues:
Lack of customer service: The employee was dismissive and seemed unwilling to accommodate my request, even though it was well within business hours.
Poor management practices: The attitude suggests a management team that doesn’t value customer service or honor the hours they advertise online.
Failure to maintain standards until closing: Customers should expect a fresh pizza even 15 minutes before closing, given that’s all the time it takes to prepare one.
Inadequate closing procedures: It’s surprising they can’t afford an extra half-hour of labor to handle closing tasks properly after the last customer has been served.
I expected better, as even in the final minutes, customers should be able to rely on the advertised hours and quality.
