horrible customer service, the waitress serving me was rude and felt like a bother to her anytime I’d ask for something. And not to mention when tipping, I later see I was overcharged!!!! When calling later and speaking to the manager who was also very rude was so concerned about the $5 tip I left instead of acknowledging the fraud the waitress did by adding more to her tip! never again!

been here a few times and each time food is ok at best however the service is god awful. Waitress is rude and you can tell DOESNT want to be there and hates her job. Pretty sure she tipped herself more than I actually put in but she was terrible to deal with so I gave up eventually. calling on the phone is no help either as you get the same rude attitude. As someone who also works in customer service, I know sometimes people have a bad day but taking it out on paying customers and writing in your own tips is unacceptable. Never coming here again, if you want a pleasant experience I say save you the trouble and go somewhere else.

After having a disappointing start at La Unica Restaurant down the road from Kitchen and Tap, we were hungry and decided to walk in and we were so glad we did. Food was incredible and service was phenomenal. Our server was very attentive and we even discovered it was his 30th birthday. We loved all the food that was ordered; brussel sprouts, garlic Parmesan fries, chili rub wings, tri tip dip and the whiskey salmon. EVERYTHING was hands down mouth watering and flavorful. The place doesn’t look like much BUT food and service are 5 stars!!!
A very nice surprise in downtown Lake Elsinore! A great little restaurant with good food and service. It would be even better if they opened for breakfast.

This would normally not be a place I would stop but my options were limited... and I'm so thankful I went. It's small and hugely friendly! My hubby had grilled chicken bowl and claimed it as best ever.If you visit Old Town Main Street in Lake Elsinore... this is a great find! Try to get booth at their windows to the street... dinner and people watching are the best!
