why is it that every single time I place an online order to go pick up in the drive thru at this location, that I only order a few things, and they tell me to go park and wait for my order, for like 15 minutes each time??? Wondering if they actually forgot about me as im watching NUMEROUS cars leave the drive thru and even park and get their online order before I even get MY food??? Happens every single time.

DO NOT ASK THEM WHAT TIME THEY CLOSE. I pulled through the drive through around 4:05 am and they told me they were doing a system reset and that they could take my order in 10 minutes so i asked the speaker box lady what time they closed (I asked because the day before i came through at 4:30 and a lady told me they were closed, but the lady from this particular day wasn’t aware of all that.) She repeated herself so i asked again. Then she said they closed at 3:45 am. At this point i’m stupid confused because it’s 4:10 am and no one said anything about being closed just a system being down. So i ask the speaker box lady “So that means even if the system were up i couldn’t get anything cause you’d be closed?” to which she replied that’s right. So i pulled away but i was still confused as to when this mcdonald’s closed so i decided to call and the first dude told me the same thing, so i asked what time they closed after the 15 minute interval and he must’ve thought i was goofing with him cause then he hung up on me. So i called back and was greeted by a lady who for sure hates working at mcdonald’s (i get it).She was very condescending and treated me like i was trying to make a joke which genuinely made me feel stupid because i was legitimately trying to obtain information. So i called back like 12 times just saying hello until they eventually took the phones off the hook. im not sure why the question “What time do you close?” is so triggering for them but i’d recommend not asking. After some thought i’ve come to the conclusion that this mcdonald’s most likely operates 23:45/7 taking a short 15 minute interval to setup for breakfast and that the girl from the other day was just not feeling making me a burger so she told me they were closed. Dont know who it was but it was night crew. Girl who took my order sounded like she didn’t want to be there gave attitude and was rude while taking it. Im guessing she didn’t put salt on my fries. My child was very upset at the way she spoke to me.

We enjoyed having dinner here this day. The place looked spacious and we're able to key in our order at the key screen. Everything we ate tasted like it just came out of the oven hot and crispy too. I just felt like there was extra salt added to my cheese burger deluxe which could have been great if it didn't that more added after eating a burger with no flavor at Farmer boys.

I was only going to give it one star, But I will say it was a very clean McDonald’s. The problem started when I walked in and realized it was very hot and humid inside the restaurant. I am older and more susceptible to heat and the sweat was just running down my face. I prefer to order from a person, but nobody was coming up to the register to help me so I turned around to use the automated touchscreen to place an order, Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out how to check out. My daughter came and helped me and I just went out to the car, It was just way too hot and humid in the restaurant.

How'd could you make McDonald's any worse? Try this location. The Employees are literally trying to get fired. Most of the time they forget something, give you attitude, pretend like nothing matters or the food takes forever and they make you wait in front of the Store just to reduce their Wait times in the Drive Thru to look good for Corporate (And the food is cold when you get even after waiting for them to make it). I can't wait to see this Location Fail and another half way decent Restaurant takes it place. If you work here try to not be the worst at an easy job, and at least try or give up and go work at Walmart.
Try not going through drive thru right before noon on a Monday very busy and some employees rather not be there. 🤣🤣

McDonald's is what it is Fast food that everybody knows. There is a young man that offers exceptional service that works the counter in the morning. I failed to get his name , unfortunately. He is a young African American man with short braids. He goes above and beyond to help and is very polite. He deserves a raise!
