Came here for dinner as a party of 4 and overall enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and options. The chicken yakisoba noodles were great. We also ordered a few rolls. The Mexican roll was our favorite. The rating would've been a 5, but most of our rolls were drenched or completely surrounded in eel sauce. It took away from the flavor of the sushi and, at some point, started to make us feel sick. Less is more in that aspect. I also wish the rolls came on rectangular dishes instead...
Another enjoyable meal from this place! The only other sushi I've tried has been at Staterbrothers (eh) because I seriously enjoy the sushi from this place! we were finally able to eat here again, we were able to call in our order and pick it up with no issues. Lady on the phone was super sweet and as we were picking up the food, the older gentleman behind the counter was even offering drinks on the house to people that were eating and enjoying their time. i always get good...
My wife and I have tried every sushi restaurant in lake Elsinore and have been disappointed every time. Either rude employees or terrible sushi. We found nekko sushi about 5 years and absolutely fell in love with the food. Their sushi is top notch, A+, best sushi we have ever had. The man making the sushi is a master at his craft, the women who serve you are always a ray of sunshine. They are the sweetest people and always super polite. I will always recommend Nekko sushi to anyone.
