Poor Service , I was done holiday shopping when I decided to grab something quick , when I came through the drive-through, I ordered my plates, The girl was correcting me, as if I didn’t know what I was saying. I forgot to order some drinks , so I decided to order three drinks in the window since I saw there was no one in back of me. . The employee legit roll her eyes at me like if she was giving The drinks for free, at that point, I felt very uncomfortable , I asked her if I can get some soy sauce she just said have a good night that’s when I decided to park my car and go talk to the manager honestly that really messed up my mood. They should try to do better service.

It's hard to screw up fried rice even if It's bland. They sure managed that here. It was grainy and dry and severely lacking in flavor and the orange chicken was under fried, almost soggy. Additionally, soda machine had every flavor turned down to a bare minimum and staff said they'd fix but never bothered to.

Asian manager there barks orders and starts freaking out when the place starts to get slammed, calling out her cooks and pressuring them even more to keep up with the demand, but how the hell do you cook food faster? I don't want my orange chicken undercooked. Now I see why people say the work culture there is terrible, dramatic, and why the turnover is so high. Also, when it's busy like that, she's rude to the customers, why are you cutting me off when I'm still telling you what I want?

Service was horrible line was out the door and had huge line in drive thru so I waited with patience and the manager was just yelling at the chefs to cook faster what they were doing wrong in front of everyone. Rushing every guest saying is that it. Not even letting me finish my order before telling me how many more items I had to order. Just barking orders made the atmosphere so uncomfortable. Been in this panda many times never felt this way.

I went there. I wanted the super green. They were not ready. Stacy told me that it was gonna take 5 to 7 minutes. I waited. I waited. I was sitting in the in the dining room and the super green were already ready and she never told me that they were ready and I was just waiting , an they gave me almost an empty plate Very rude and I didn’t like her service.

Waited 20min for mushroom chicken while my broccoli beef was practically burned, rice and noodles got cold while waiting. 8/34/2025.Order # 137757 @ 11:26am. Received order at 11:55am. Not a pleased customer. It would have been better customer service if I had been offered a small water or drink while waiting.
Do better!!

There were three of us traveling from Fresno to Fallbrook when we stopped for lunch at this Panda Express.

Two of us (my husband & I) hadn't been to a Panda Express for around 4 - 5 years, so it was a particularly positive experience for us, as we're big fans (we just don't eat fast food very often).

Two of us ordered the 2 entree meal, and one ordered the 3 entree.

My husband and I are still talking about it, several days later. We're discussing plans to go to our local Panda Express restaurant, and get a double entree of what turned out to be the tastiest one we tried - the honey walnut shrimp. (We both have loved this dish for many years, but they did a dynamite job!)

Manager should be changed. This is the worst panda location. Workers are rude, always say the don’t have this or that. Always forget to put something. Why such a difference with other locations?
