Too many times do they give you small portions or an abundance of vegetables with two bites of protein. The broccoli wasn’t cooked all the way. It wasn’t even that busy. Three people in line and I was a pick up order. There was no rush.

This place sucks. The employees give lousy service and are always shorting the portions. My wife always get all chow mein. The kid put it in the container and was only about an inch high. We go to this place twice a week. Its now time to go to someplace else.

Everytime I've mobile ordered here it's not done until 20 minutes past the pick up time. Today I get home and my order is wrong so I call the store to ask if they want me to bring the food back or not and of course they don't answer. Drive all the way back with the food and open the container to show them it's the wrong food. Instead of tossing it they pour it back into the bowl from the box I JUST OPENED. Others in the restaurant saw too and told the staff that's unsanitary and not to do that. Thankfully I know I didn't do anything to that food but what if someone else had? Disgusting. Definitely won't be going back to this location which sucks because my son loves panda.

I really like Pandas but lately when I have gone in there they are too busy doing online orders to help the customers actually standing in the restaurant. Today there was no one in front of me but I had to wait for a long list of online orders that were filled while no one helped me. They even used all the orange chicken and expected me to now wait for a new batch. I understand increase of online orders but they need to also give good to service to those still coming inside to the restaurant. Maybe they need someone to focus on online orders and someone else to help the customers who are present in the restaurant.

Terrible food. Not fresh at all and doesn't taste good. I live in Texas and the Panda Express in my community is top-notch, totally fresh, good tasting food. The food here tastes old.

The service here makes the food almost taste bad. The flavors of the menu is your usual, but the service is awful. It's a close location which makes it tolerable to order at.

Had a great experience here at panda express, my first time trying the food here. I download it the Panda Express app on my phone and got my 25% off today with a purchase of $10 or more. ?? Our server, Cierra N who is very polite, kind and greeting us in, she took our order and offered others side entrée and dessert that we’re on the bar. Everything looked delicious and fresh. Right when you walk into the restaurant it’s very clean, restrooms clean. I enjoyed watching her from a distance. Extremely great customer service, I am completely satisfied with our meal. Just want to say thank you. We will be returning soon here.?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

I was attend by Gaby and she didn’t seem to want to help. When checking out, she used a register that didn’t have Apple Pay available at the time and asked for a card payment. Unfortunately, left the house without it since normally always pay with Apple Pay no problem. I asked if she was able to to use the other register and she was rude said no my co worker is on that one. Seriously didn’t know what to do at that point to walk away or what since she just stared at me. I felt uncomfortable and awkward. Luckily that co worker came by and was able to do the transaction. That is not the customer service I’m use to at this location and I hope management acknowledges this review. Not a great experience at all, I understand it’s close to closing time but could’ve handled the situation better.

Every time we come here thinking it will be different...nope!!! Never fails, no food out, always have to wait more than 10 min no white rice 2 hrs before close come on people get it together not a good look sorry won't be back learned my lesson will go to menifee

Okay, my wife and I went there for dinner. As we made our way to the glass, a young lady started to take our order. As she was doing that, a young man behind her tossed a pen and it bounced and landed in the chow main. The young lady looked at it, and ignored it and tried to continue to take our order. So, I asked her to speak with the Manager and she tried to say it’s ok as she plucked the pen from the Chow main, explaining that their pens are sanitized smh. So the Manager came and when I explained everything to him, he immediately pulled the chow main and was seemingly concerned, that we were concerned. The guy that threw the pen was unfazed by this whole thing continuing to work while ignoring this conversation. In my day, he would had been fired on the spot. As for the young lady defending that action, shame on her for the misleading information with regard to them sanitizing their pens (the ink too).

This is our go to Panda but the last few times we've been in the store has been incredibly hot. The poor kids working the line look miserable. One of the cashiers told me a few weeks ago the air was out. I went in yesterday and it was still out. Shame on the owners for making their employees work in miserable conditions like that. I'm sure they are home relaxing in the A/C while they have a bunch of 19 and 20 year olds sweating it out in their 90 degree restaurant. Ridiculous. Won't be back until it's fixed.
