They touch food with their hands and put it back in the pan if it falls onto the counter. They serve the last of the pan instead of getting a fresh one. They are rude and hard to communicate with.
I have come here for over a decade, even since they used to be located across the street where O’Reilly is now. I have always ordered my favorite, the Garlic Shrimp. Throughout the years it’s changed minimally but for the better. The most recent time i ordered it, it was completely different than any other time I’ve ordered it. It used to be a red sauce that was garlicky spicy, now it is a very strongly aromatic yellow curry sauce that smells like star anise and tastes absolutely different than what it used it to be. I am so disappointed my favorite dish for so many years was changed to something completely different to the point I could barely eat it. I 100% miss the old recipe.

The staff is always very friendly, and a great selection of items on the steam table and others that can be ordered as needed and they have a great house made hot mustard upon request. Also you get a lot for your money. I enjoy eating here several times a month.

Used to travel every weekend from Anaheim to lake elsinore for there food portions and savory glaze on meat. Now the plate containers are smaller and the portion isn't generous anymore. More noodles than meat. unfortunately the spicy orange chicken was dry. Just not the same experience anymore

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years.. and the last recent three times I have gone the food has not been good. All the workers are new and the business has changed a lot. Won’t be coming back.
This used to be my usual stop whenever I am in the Temescal Valley area but today, Wednesday, November 19, 2025 was a disappointing visit.
The usual staff was not in but I was hungry and craving Chinese take out. I ordered my usual, two items, Sweet & Sour Chicken and Orange Chicken (I skipped the pork items as they charge for more on those now), half fried rice and half chow mein.
Got my order, the place was not busy and it was lunch time so I planted myself in one of the tables. When I opened my clamshell at first I thought ok, still generous portions. It was until I started poking on the food when I realized it was the opposite and it was an illusion.
The container was full of noodles and rice. There were 15 small pieces of Sweet & Sour Chicken and Orange Chicken. Some of the pieces did not even have chicken, just fried batter covered in sauce.
So disappointed! This is the second consecutive visit that this happened. I thought these two staff members were here only on the weekends but now they are here also on the weekdays. I think it's time for me to find other Chinese takeout options.
