This is the second time she gives our pizza to someone else. Now my kids have to wait another 20 minutes. Not professional at all. I'm done going here.

This is the best Papa John’s in my opinion. The food is always good and they have the best staff! I had a small issue with sauces last weekend; not a big deal, stuff happens, but my delivery guy; Ismael Rodriguez, was awesome! He txt me when he was on his way, offered to redeliver, (of course I said no thank you) then made his manager aware of the issue. The manager called me to apologize and offered free pizza. I wish I had remembered his name. Today we placed another order. Lexi immediately saw the note and took care of us. She was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location! Thank you Canyon Hills team!

I am so thankful for the manager that helped me this morning. She was so nice and put my pizzas in earlier for me and brought them out. So kind and they were hot and fresh and I had a large order.

I used to work at a Papa John’s when i was a teen, and i know how it works there, so when i get a confirmation for my large order that i just placed will be ready in 5 mins not even 1 minute after placing it, i drove 10 mins just to get to the store out of curiosity that maybe my order might be ready, i end up waiting over 40 minutes for it to finally be ready. As i was waiting i see the employee with tattoos on his face telling the other employees to “knock it all off” not even seconds after the orders were on there, this means all customers are gonna see their orders ready way before they actually are. This is so unprofessional and quite disgusting as a store to do, goes to show how much “quality” they put into their effort and food, will never be going here again as they care more about corporate timing on orders rather than the customers themselves

Won't go back the pie was cold . you pay for extra toppings and you get less then what picture shows. Little Cesar's is the same at half the cost .

Repeated problems getting my order delivered correctly and multiple trips to the store to have them fix it, only to get told that I'm wrong before they finally replaced it. As of 12/28/24, ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza and AGAIN they sent a regular pepperoni pizza. This store can't get it right for whatever reason and I'm pretty fed up at this point.

Was at around a 45 minute wait, got a confirmation that my order was ready, but it wasn't even on the screen yet. Still over 20 pizza's ahead of me and around another hour wait..... What year is it again? Haven't waited that long for a pizza in god only knows how long.... Also, dude working the front counter was rude af. Was being mean to the older manager lady working next to him and refused to help her when she asked.

Stopped going to Papa John's because the one I used to live by sucked! Moved here a few months back and had Papa John's from the one on Railroad Canyon at a neighbor's, so decided to try again. It's Sunday and opening of the 2024/2025 football season, I ordered on the app. The pizza was ready for pick up in under 20min. It was good, fresh, and the dudes working were super cool. Sucks working on a Sunday but these fellas weren't messing around. Gonna be ordering again! Great Job Papa John's on Railroad Canyon.
