The broth here I give an 8 of 10. The people that work here are very nice. I give a 5 star only because in this area. It's very hard to find good Phoʻ.

The broth makes you want to finish it all, hence the picture of an empty bowl.

We enjoyed our lunch at Pho Ngon. We scored a parking place right in front and had our choice of table when we entered the restaurant. Attentive service with a big smile, water and hard copy menus to the table. We order the shrimp spring rolls to start and pho for our main course. Wife gets chicken pho and I go off script and order meatball pho. Spring rolls with peanut sauce are brought to the table by our server but the bowls of pho are delivered by the robot waiter. Spring rolls are fresh and peanut sauce is flavorful. It was a wonderful starter. We really enjoyed the pho. The broth is really flavorful and honestly needs no doctoring up with sauces. Pho has plenty of noodles and protein along with cilantro and some other herbs that make this soup pop. Hell, we were even impressed with the to go container. It was wide enough that soup did not spill all over the table. We see why Pho Ngon rates great reviews. It really is that good. We should know because we are pho aficionados, don't you know.

First and foremost, their Menu is done right! Everything has a picture next to its name, no guess work in what you are actually ordering. But my god the food!!! So freaking gooooood! Will definitely be back!

OMG!!! The Pho was soooooooo good the broth! I could taste the ginger, basil and garlic and parsley!!! Spring rolls are fire and so is the sauce!! I’d definitely recommend it and rate it the best

The place was very beautiful, easy to order, and the employees are very nice. The food came out very fast. I ordered the vegetables egg rolls and pho noodle soup. The food was very delicious and very big portions. Definitely will come back again. Thank you!

The broth is not very good. It gave me food poisoning. Beware when ordering here I thought I would try this place out but instead I got sick. I would not recommend this place at all. There are better pho in spots in lake Elsinore. This is not one of them

I can’t even express how AMAZING this location is ! I moved from OC to Temescal Valley and needed a GoTo pho place and this one for sure has not disappointed one bit ! From the service to the delicious chicken pho & Thai Tea ! Super clean as well and very friendly staff ! I’ve ordered so many times from here and every time you get just the best quality of food ! If you’re looking for a great pho restaurant this is the place, trust me you’ll be coming for more !

Personally, this is 1 of the more authentic Vietnamese flavored restaurants I have found so far. Runs by a few young entrepreneurs. Very spacious because there's really few tables. Serving is pretty special because it's brought to you via a cute robot. Order via QR code or direct with the staff.
