Pho Ngon Restaurant

After my eye appointment at the optometry office next door, I stopped by Pho Ngon for lunch. Even though it’s out in Riverside County, I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the pho tasted. They offered a variety of options, including noodles, spring rolls, rice dishes, and more.

The restaurant was clean, and they even had a robotic machine that delivered soup to the table. You could either take it yourself or, as in our case, one of the servers helped since the soup was hot.

Ordering and payment were done entirely online at the table, which made the process very efficient. They also accept cash if you prefer or payment at the register.

The restaurant is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking, right near Target. The ambiance was casual and no-frills, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

Most of the Pho spots we've tried in the Inland Empire have been so-so at best. Came here for the first time today & it blew us away. Food was fantastic, our server Alex was friendly & welcoming, and gotta say, the robotic waiter was fun to watch. We'll be back

Got pho beef which was really good, but I do kinda gotta criticize the prices a bit which was 13$ just for the pho, not real shocking between inflation and this states typical insane prices, just typically I wouldn't expect Vietnamese food to be pricey. Other than that, like most Vietnamese places I wish they had fountain drinks instead of cans, but they at least gave me a cup of ice with it. I also appreciate that they give you a fork and not just chopsticks. The final criticism which isn't even their fault, but there were two families in the place with young kids screaming which made for a bad visit on this occasion. With everything mentioned, I'd come back, but it's honestly not a place I'd wanna give one of my cheat days to often.

This is the best place to eat Pho! The food always hits the spot and customer service is amazing. The food is always fresh and the service is fast! Highly recommend

We don't even eat out anymore because prices do not match the food or customer service experience, but NOT this place! AMAZING customer service, DELICIOUS food and very reasonable prices!OMG words can not describe how fantastic the was. I had the chili wontons with a side of white rice, and my husband had crispy seafood noodles ? ? at the end of our perfect dinning experience, the hostess offered us complimentary ice cream cups! We LOVE this spot ? ❤️???
