Pieology Lake Elsinore

Was in 11/14/24 in the evening. Robert the shift leader prepared our pizzas, actually took his time and didn't just throw toppings on. Best pieology pizza I've ever had!

I've been to this location twice, both times I picked up our order.
I found it odd that when I called for a pickup order they said they asked me to call back in 5 minutes.
However when I did they were very friendly and took my order.
In the store the employees were very helpful and friendly.
I found the pizza to be just okay. I have only had the thin crust pizzas and the ingredients are pretty sparse.
The taste of the pizzas is pretty good.
Both times they had our orders done pretty fast.
So if I'm looking for a good fast pizza place I would go here.

The girl training the guy servicing me was not welcoming she ignored me. And was not accommodating to a simple request. She had that stand off attitude. I would rather leave a good review but the customer service over shadowed the food. Highly recommend she works on people skills.

It is very calm, the atmosphere needs more movement, more action, more activity so that people do not get bored.

Just got there, ordered a thin crust and to go. They burned the bottom. To hard to bite.

Ugh !!Alrhough this lump of charcoal looks burnt, the employyes insisted it is not but t at all. The black nasty object js simoly coated with parmasan cheese and oregano. Apparently, piology uses black charcoal colored seasoning that looka nust l I ke charcoal. My wife's lizza was burnt ... I meaned "seasoned" in the same manor

Make sure you bring a sleeping bag. Even if you order online 30 minutes beforehand. It won't be ready. Was told 10 minutes by an employee. Another 10 minutes go by and I ask the other employee how much longer and she said it hasn't even been worked on. And gave me another genetric response saying "10 to 15" minutes. Not worth the wait.

Just went in 6/19/24. Two girls working. Neither greeted me. Neither looked at me after the first glance of me walking up to the counter. Neither helped me. Just talked to each other and kept working on other things. No other customers were in the store.

Absolutely Wonderful service by all staff. Highly recommended coming here. It’s the only Pieology I come to in my area from Lake Elsinore to Menifee.There are regular and dietary selections.

Amazing customer service and super appreciated the knowledge on allergens and they didn’t use cross contaminated products which is a huge plus. Great experience overall
