Well ordered online and no way to contact the store. Then, when I got home, I realized they forgot to put bacon on my pizza. Would not recommend.(Addition APR15) pizza hut was fast to get back to me asking what happened. After I told them what happened, and how to make it right. After I emailed the saying what happened I never heard back from them.

We planned a family night and decided to order pizza. My wife suggested we order from Pizza Hut, and we agreed. Unfortunately, we opted for delivery, and the pizza was supposed to arrive at 6:15 PM. We waited and waited, as if ordering food in a restaurant and waiting and food never shows up, the pizza showed up an hour later. It was very disappointing, please do not use delivery.

Hi this is the 3rd time i have visited Pizza Hut Lake Elsinore, Ca. Every time there are only 3 sodas in the soda fountain to drink. And no diet soda for people who are diabetic. As a paying coustomer. I should have an avability to all sodas that the fountain should hold.

I have never had issues until Wednesday 11-29-23. We placed an online order at 5:43 and delivery time for 6:33 pm. At 7:30 still no order, called 9 times trying to get to store 3 of the times was answered by a call center who said they would transfer to store even though it was the store number just to sit on hold and be disconnected. Never received the order and the money was taken from my account. Customer service line was also called and stated I would receive a response within in 1-2 business days and still no response or refund.

Pizza was cold and hard as well as the breadsticks like if they had it sitting out for a long while it was disgusting also took forever to arrive and to top it off pizzahut had door dash deliver the pizza and couldn't find the apartment absolutely horrible.
