When ordering on the app i placed an order then went back to edit the flavor of the wings on one of my 12 piece and it reset itself to 6 piece instead of 12 on their wednesday wing bogo promotion. I called not knowing that it reset itself back to 6 wings. The lady answered the phone told me no you ordered 1 12 piece and 1 6 piece. I said why would I do that if its a bogo.she immediately said can I do anything else for you OK have a good night. Made feel stupid. She could have said oh im sorry let me fix that for you. Another 6 wings would have been the same price either way. Disappointed in service. Smh

Worst customer service! Worst management! Called because I got shorted some of my food. The “manager” basically called me a liar and hung up. She must be pretty miserable to make such a fuss over food! It’s very disturbing that someone like that is a manager, has zero customer service, and works around food. I definitely won’t be coming back here and you shouldn’t either! The manager presented herself as petty and extremely unprofessional! Extremely disappointed!

Website wanted me to tip for a pick up order? Also food was cold, chicken was gross (they drizzled a little bit of buffalo sauce making the wings soggy by the time I got home). It was terrible and the price! Advertised as 7 dollars per item. I ordered 2 items and they added 6 dollars in extra fees. Horrible.

We ordered two tavern pizzas. One was overcooked the crust was hard and barely any toppings the second was undercooked. Our pasta and Buffalo chicken melt were as if they were sitting too long before being delivered. It was distasteful for pizza hut. And not up to pizza hut standards at all.

Tallman gentlemen very helpful was there around 11: p.m he was patient when I told him about us losing our wallet and he kept our food warm I think him and her experience of getting there was tough but we got there and had a wonderful wonderful Pizza Hut
Order was placed via the App... and using the tracker system; was able to confirm receipt of order, track baking time, pizza leaving the store and arriving at my house. Food was perfect, hot, pleasing to sight, as ordered and delicious. Doordash was on point.

Having previously worked in Pizza Hut as a teen I can always tell that their dough is fresh and so are the ingredients. I eat here almost every Family Pizza Night. It's beginning to look dated but its still really good. Employees are nice

This store do not answer any calls. I called customer service because they messed up my order and I got transferred twice but kept getting disconnected. This was a delivery order delivered by a dasher so she cant even do anything about it. Bad business. Not ordering here again.
