Came in around 7pm for dinner ( place was empty ) waited at the counter about 8 minutes before someone came to take my order. Food came out really fast Chicken was hot. Fries were cold 🥶. The skin on my fried chicken was extra crispy and tasted really good but the chicken was really greasy and didn’t taste that good my yuca fries were cold and had no flavor the beans were ok Honestly the best thing I got was the mango drink I’m usually a fan of Pollo Campero, but this one really let me down

This is my second time coming here and Eli helped take our order. Besides being professional and knowledgeable regarding the items in the menu she was kind and smiled throughout our interaction. Dollar theater I was not able to enjoy the worst what should we drink like an unsweetened iced tea how's the weather in the service and everything else is fine and the restaurant was clean and air conditioning with lots of parking easy to find and easy to get to
