Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers

We visited this location on our way back from Vegas. While my wife was ordering our food I waited patiently outside the men's room. After about 2 mins a young man came out of the restroom and very aggressively started telling me not to be banging on the door. Confused, I said what are you talking about? He repeated himself and turned away to walk off, that's when I noticed he was an employee by his hat and shirt. I spoke to a manager while this young man stood behind him with his buddies laughing at the situation. I asked for the managers bosses number which I did receive. The district manager called me and apologized for the situation and said it was already handled internally. Why this young man was not fired is beyond me. Showing hostily to a customer should NEVER be tolerated. The district mgr stated he was going to send us something to compensate for our bad experience. 21 days later and that has not happened either. This company is a joke and this location is pathetic.

Love their Texas toast.It's super yummy not to mention the chicken's pretty freaking.Good too

Generally all Canes are great! The food is great, but at some locations, the workers and managers are questionable or unprofessional. This is one of those locations. While going in the drive thru at this Canes, we ordered as we normally do, but I had a feeling they got it wrong based on the person taking my order. She was not polite at all and she did not repeat the order at the end. The feeling originated from how short they were being and how fast they wanted to take get my order in. When we got to the window, a black shirt manager (presumably) asked for the name on the order, but did not repeat the order once more. When I got my order, it was missing the better part the first item that I ordered (4 toast with butter both sides) and I only received 1 toast. When I mentioned the mistake to the black shirt woman, she didn’t apologize and instead gave me a mean look. I proceeded to tell her it was the very first item that I ordered and that they may have gotten it wrong, but there was no way of double checking since no one repeated my order. She became visibly upset, asked me to pay for the missing toast, parked me in front for another 5 minutes, and came outside with a worst attitude throwing the food in the car saying “Here ya go” with no apology or thank you. What is wrong with these Canes mangers? It reflects terribly on the entire location that managers don’t know how to do their jobs. It starts with the managers and is reflected on how well the business is running. You will never have a great running business with amazing workers if your managers have terrible attitudes and can’t take responsibility for mistakes.

The drive through is almost instant on how fast they give you your order so if you're in a rush it's perfect!

I first Tobias the manager is a great guy friendly take that time to say hello which is really appreciated. I eat canes at least once a week. I eat the three-piece finger special and enjoy it it the batter is my favorite. The chicken is juicy and if you haven’t tried it you’re really missing out. Thank you.

Horrible experience i tried to order in the drive through but two female employees were laughing and making jokes on the speaker. I told them they were making my experience uncomfortable. They still made jokes saying chicken chicken whatcha getting. I cancelled the order because I'm afraid they will play in my food. 10/24/24 10:40 p.m. please check cameras and discipline your rude workers.

Horrible workers playing with your food. Me and my girlfriend went to the drive through 10-24-24 10:40 p.m. and two female cashiers were laughing so hard playing on the mike making jokes and couldn't understand our order. I told them they are making my experience uncomfortable and I was starving after working all day. They were still laughing and chanting chicken chicken whatcha getting and other jokes. Please discipline your rude workers for wasting my time. And disrespecting me.
