Didn’t want to serve me I really didn’t like this and I don’t think the workers deserve to have a job
Rude and they are very unorganized and they have not been trained well on how to make drinks smh
Their accuracy is incredibly inconsistent. I asked for an oatmeal with 2 nutmelodies and agave syrup, and I received 2 dried fruit and no agave. Additionally I asked for an iced caramel latte and received a latte with no syrup.
Very bad service. Every Saturday that I go i ask for 4 mango dragonfruit lemonades with extra fruit and she only gives me 5 little pieces in each drink. Very pale drink. Didn't like my drink nor the service I got
My coffee always comes out hot and if it's not I don't want it so it's really important to me too have hot coffee
I want to thank the staff for the wonderful service i received this a.m. Very rarely do i have the time to treat myself. This a.m. i did not see a line & i took a chance to drive through. SO happy i did. My dog enjoyed his 1st pup cup, The service was pleasantly inviting & my drink was PERFECT. Thank you for making my day👍
I am a massive supporter of Starbucks, but this location will never ever get my business again after today. I walked in behind a very, obviously super pregnant young woman who by the way had just come out of the drive-through line. It took about three minutes for anyone to even notice us at the counter. The lady said that she would be with us in a moment, the woman in front of me, she just needed the code for the restroom as she is literally about to pee her pants. The lady with an attitude that was working there with colored hair, stated that she needed to purchase something. The woman then told her she had just come out of the drive-through so reluctantly, the lady gave her the code, but as soon as she turned her back to go to the restroom, the woman signal to another coworker, rolled her eyes and shook her head no… I was incredibly shocked by the behavior. I did go on to tell them that they cannot deny a pregnant woman access to the restroom and they continue arguing with me stating that it is a Starbucks policy. I will just leave this here for further reference, but Starbucks is looking for a serious lawsuit if this continues and the wrong person is told they can’t use the restroom… and by the way, if you are charging people to use the restroom, please make sure that the facilities have everything required… I went to the restroom after making a purchase and there were no seat covers and barely any toilet paper and it was super messy on the floor

I run a local business and go in every morning for my coffee and egg bites. The girls in the morning know my order and are always smiling and pleasant. Today I got a note on my cup saying Good Morning. It's little things like these that make great team members. I love my local Stsrbucks.
The girls that work here are very rude. Idk who’s manger that’s above them but it’s very unprofessional horrible customer service.

I’m new to the area and I’ve only gone twice.. both times I’ve had very rude customer service from two different employees. aspen and the other lady wasn’t wearing a name tag (she also seemed under the influence. All I ordered was one simple energy drink inside and watched as they talked to each other for 10mins , being completely unaware, it wasn’t even busy inside at all.. They sounded like they’re over their job.
If you don’t like it and can’t be nice to customers especially new ones don’t work there! I will not be returning and telling everyone I know to avoid this Starbucks .. not okay

Hello, I really didn't want to leave a review like this but I come to this location all the time after work and usually employees are very kind.
However, on 09/09/24 at about 7:50 a.m a woman by the name of "Tobi" behaved very unprofessionally to me while I was attempting to make an order. I suppose she couldn't hear me and instead of having me repeat myself, she said "let me get someone else to help you". This woman proceeds to wave me off dismissively and says "somebody else help her." in what felt like a rude and condescending tone. As a customer, I do not appreciate such behavior from fellow customer service workers.
Please, do better; and train your employees to behave themselves, thank you.

Who doesn't love Starbucks? Like every Starbucks I've been to, this is clean, good service, and comfortable.

Been here a couple times. My in-laws also go here frequently. They order light ice, get their drink made with extra ice. When they point it out, they get shamed for wanting it corrected. We always go inside and have been hoping it was a one off. However, after repeat offenses we are going elsewhere. We have witnessed people smoking inside and bringing dogs inside that were not service dogs. No employees said or did anything. People are allowed to do things against policy, but we receive rude attitudes for asking orders to be done correctly.
