This is one of the worst Starbucks I’ve probably been too. No welcome when you come in. At least 4 people working, no drive thru line, everyone else inside with their drinks and it took 20 minutes to get our drink. But they had time to stand and talk and laugh. Lol

I Went in and ordered a drink. I sat down to do some work and my laptop died. I look around at all the outlets and they are all covered with a metal plate so no one can use them.WTH? Isn't Starbucks a coffee shop that allows u to come and do work or use your electronics? Is it just this Starbucks or can the management pick and choose? Never going here again.

So I'm going through a time in my life that is pretty humbling. Homelessness! It's nothing but a season in my life, I'm not content with it and it isn't something that will be forever. Nonetheless, alot of these businesses around here treat me like a POS. I'm far from that, in fact, I believe in Jesus Christ, and although I fall short daily I continue to pick up my cross and strive to be a better person than I was yesterday. Anyways, the Baristas at this location are a vibe ???. They greet me, show me respect, and even let me charge my devices without giving me snobby looks or an "I'm better than" attitude and that is everything. Thanks foolios. We're humans too, with a story, a testimony. Much love LE/Mission Trail Starbucks.

One star is too much for this one, all of the staff is in a bad mood. From the beginning they gave nasty looks, used sharp tones, seemed annoyed in the wording they chose to ask us if we needed help. I felt like I was an inconvenience. An object to move along so they could get to the next thing before they had done the first thing right. They also didn’t disclose swapping ingredients in my drink. No biggie but don’t get mad at me because I noticed and didn’t prefer my $6 drink that way.

I’ve been to this location a few times now. There have been ups and downs. Unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed for the last time today and came to leave a review. My drink was not blended very well on multiple occasions. My last trip before today, I paid for extra caramel which I believe is an extra +.70 cents on 2 drinks. I was given a small squirt of caramel on top of the whipped cream on both drinks… this location is very disappointing. Staff is also not very friendly. I would leave 1 star but I have to give 2 for the few times they did not disappoint.

Today I bought a drink. Honestly, the drink was very sweet than normal. My opinion is that they are not doing the job well. There is more ice than the drink. They should pay more attention to what they are doing. Very poor service of the drink. I bought it, I put it to the test, I mixed it with water, honestly, it came out like three glasses of the same drink, it's very sweet than normal.

It is 8pm and doors are locked. Waved down someone in store and she rolled her eyes at me. Sign on door says they close at 10:30. I have been trying to call the store to verify hours but they won’t answer. Drove 15 minutes to pick up my drink here. Never coming to this location again.
