I ordered 4 drinks came out to 35 dollars and if I pay 35 dollars for 4 drinks I’m expecting to get what I wanted first I ask for no whip cream on one of the drinks and ofc it came out with whips cream so I asked her to take it off she gave a ton of attitude and then proceeed to scrap it off with the cap of the drink it was all over her hands and my cup and handed it back with whip cream all over the cup and still whip cream in the cup and didn’t give us straws and my boyfriends drink was watered down and disgusting mine had no flavor I’m disappointed that I spent money at this establishment and they didn’t even give me what I wanted we both threw our drink away and the attitude on these young girls at the window you can tell they hate they’re job never going here again

Wow. Just spent almost an hour in the drive through. No apology. No explanation. They screwed up my coffee and I didn't even want to bother saying anything. This is the second time in a week I've had a bad experience here. I'm not sure what's going on but get it together.

Over Forty minutes in line is ridiculous. If you have someone new working or can't crank cars out have people park so we all aren't stuck in line. Poor damage control and unbelievable.

Replace the coffee machines because my drinks are always extra bitter with a burnt taste. I never experience this from other Starbucks. I spend too much money here to always have burnt coffee.
