Walked inside about 4pm was not greeted at all and stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes before walking out because they didn't care to even say one minute to me or acknowledge there was a customer. Overall I walked out because of that customer service I'm not going to just stand there waiting to be ignored completely. I'll get my coffee elsewhere.

Overall great service. I've been going to this Starbucks for years The management team is awesome. I would have given it five stars but there's one employee there that is very rude her name is Alyssa so she may need more training in customer service. My daughter has also come home and expressed to me there's one girl at the Starbucks that's very rude and her name is Alyssa.. I said oh maybe she's having a bad day, we all have those. Then I experienced her rudeness I guess another bad day at 6:00 a.m.

I came through the drive-thru to order a drink, and the girl on the speakerphone made it feel like it was fast food. I felt rushed to order, and she quickly ended the conversation, which felt rude. I've never experienced this type of customer service at any other Starbucks, and it wasn't even busy.

Staff is rude and ignores mobile orders. Told me mobile orders are last. Last time I checked we pay the same as other customers and do mobile orders so they are ready when we arrive. This location is dirty and needs to be closed.

I have gone here many times. The quality of the drinks is pretty much the same as every other Starbucks I've been to. All the employees are friendly except for one or two but that might be because I don't tip at Starbucks. It is mostly a nice place to have coffee and chill or study. However I stopped going because there were multiple times that another customer came in and had a really bad vibe (not the same person everytime) and I had to leave once because I felt really uncomfortable. But keep in mind, I exclusively went here at night, and those times only happened after 8 or 9PM.

In reference to Starbucks, this establishment falls short in several areas. The preparation of food and beverages lacks attention to detail and care, resulting in a mediocre final product. While it may suffice for a quick coffee fix, it fails to provide any exceptional qualities that would warrant a return visit. The staff exhibited a lack of personal touch and efficiency in their service.

I’ve never been told I was wrong as a customer until speaking with “laney”. I buy the same drink everyday . And I know what a afagato shot is. A shot poured over the top. It’s kind of ridiculous I paid extra only to not receive a afagato shot and then be told I didn’t know what that is and it was already in the drink even though the whipped cream on top was completely un-disturbed. Meaning no shot was poured over the top. But I still paid for 3 extra shots . And then when I tried to call back to tell them because I’m on my way to work and had picked up the drink she feels like it’s correct to talk down to me.
