Walked inside about 4pm was not greeted at all and stood at the counter for at least 3 minutes before walking out because they didn't care to even say one minute to me or acknowledge there was a customer. Overall I walked out because of that customer service I'm not going to just stand there waiting to be ignored completely. I'll get my coffee elsewhere.

Overall great service. I've been going to this Starbucks for years The management team is awesome. I would have given it five stars but there's one employee there that is very rude her name is Alyssa so she may need more training in customer service. My daughter has also come home and expressed to me there's one girl at the Starbucks that's very rude and her name is Alyssa.. I said oh maybe she's having a bad day, we all have those. Then I experienced her rudeness I guess another bad day at 6:00 a.m.
Noah at the Drive through was seriously the nicest person ever !!! Made my entire morning to meet such a nice person. This location always gives me and my family the best costumer service ! Thank You .

I came through the drive-thru to order a drink, and the girl on the speakerphone made it feel like it was fast food. I felt rushed to order, and she quickly ended the conversation, which felt rude. I've never experienced this type of customer service at any other Starbucks, and it wasn't even busy.

Staff is rude and ignores mobile orders. Told me mobile orders are last. Last time I checked we pay the same as other customers and do mobile orders so they are ready when we arrive. This location is dirty and needs to be closed.
