I’ve never been told I was wrong as a customer until speaking with “laney”. I buy the same drink everyday . And I know what a afagato shot is. A shot poured over the top. It’s kind of ridiculous I paid extra only to not receive a afagato shot and then be told I didn’t know what that is and it was already in the drink even though the whipped cream on top was completely un-disturbed. Meaning no shot was poured over the top. But I still paid for 3 extra shots . And then when I tried to call back to tell them because I’m on my way to work and had picked up the drink she feels like it’s correct to talk down to me.

They were very courteous and fast. We had even forgotten to order one of our drinks and they ran it out to us almost as fast as we could park. Also gave us some tips for dDisneyland planning for out day.
Horrible place and service. This is the third time i buy a mago dragon fruit lemonade and there is literally 3 pieces of dragonfruit in it! They are so cheap with the products for an overpriced drink it was very disappointing, Im never coming back to this business.

Two black coffees and heated chocolate croissants. Ummmm… good! In and out after waiting outside in a long….. line. We were served very quickly and long line of cars dissipated in no time at all. Guy was wearing winter gloves as he handed me the drinks.

The attitude the people that work inside have is awful. On top of getting my drink wrong, on several different occasions, they are just super unfriendly and make me feel uncomfortable. I understand everyone has bad days but seriously it's not that hard to just be polite.

I hate going to the Starbucks because I know I'm going to get a snotty girl who rolls her eyes, doesn't greet me, doesn't say have a nice day! who hires these people at this location! I think it's time to weed out all the snot's and get some people with good personalities and people who actually want to work!!!

I ordered the christmas sprinkles on my drink and they didn't put them on despite the fact that they charge extra so that's disappointing. They tend to forget or just not put extras/toppings on the drinks often here even though they do charge for them

It seems like when you ask for extra stuff that means you want less. I order the most basic drink. The only request I have is extra caramel. No extra caramel and my drink has way too much milk. I've come here several times and it's only gotten worse. Idk what's happening but if I am early spending 10+ dollars when I stop by for a drink it should at least be how I order it. Very disappointing.
