The service on this location sucks. I asked for a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with the pieces on the side and the server refused to give me that. She said they cant do anything on the side anymore. That’s unbelievable. I’ve been ordering it for months in many locations and I have never had a problem with it. This location is the only one that refused it. They don’t know how to treat a customer. I will never ever come back to this location

This is by far the second best Starbucks I’ve been to. The main thing I like about it is the big open lobby with plenty of seating and good comfortable seating as seen in the pictures! Along with that plenty of charging ports/outlets. It also was never too busy or crowded every time I came here. Staff is friendly. Drinks are good.

Cons: Bathroom requires code. Drive through does get pretty backed up.

This location is big inside and always seems to be busy! Especially at the drive thru. The staff are not rude but not overly friendly and I would definitely say not welcoming if anything. The food is always great and comes out quick, the staff are constantly working hard when I work at this location. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the bathroom is always consistently dirty. The sinks are nasty, the floor is not mopped, toilets not wiped. Additionally, staff don't seem to be welcoming (could be because they are busy but this has also been consistent)

Shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru lane for my “pick up inside” order. Ive been here twice and both times have sucked!

I'm pretty strictly a drive-through customer, coming most evenings I work 3-5 times a week. The staff here is extremely friendly. They took the time to learn my name and regular orders. Nice messages on the cups, and everything is always prepared perfectly. Additionally, even when the drive through looks like it's packed, the wait times are minimal, they must be working pretty efficiently behind the scenes.

I think all starbucks have the same quality of food so now I just look at the time it takes to make it. And this location pretty quick. The only things that's upsetting is the location of their drive thru.

Came inside today and realize yea they are busy but there biggest issue is no one besides the drive thru girl is doing anything. I drink Starbucks everyday. Love the coffee but unfortunately I will never come to this location again

This location has a drive-thru, is right off the fwy, and its staff is on top of their stuff. I appreciate that their customer service and drink consistency is top notch. Great pit stop by Costco (w a gast station) and various eateries. Tonight they made extra of my drink and offered me the overage in a to go cup. I truly appreciate when they do that!

This location is always SLAMMED (not their fault obviously) so depending on what time of day you go you could be waiting quite a while for your order. But they always make it great. If there’s ever an issue with my drink, they’re quick to fix it.

POWER

Unfortunately my experience was a bad one. When I went back to correct the item I had ordered, they gave me something that tasted very bad and it’s the same thing I always order. The girl was not nice. They didn’t put what I asked for but I didn’t go back because I don’t deserve to pay and be treated badly.
