I like the coffee with a shot of espresso, but Starbucks is so overpriced, and they did away with sweet and low and equal WTF!!!! so no more starbucks!!!! I used to get a coffee every day on the way to work 3 years ago. It was under 4 bucks... Not today, its to expensive! My wife got me my own espresso machine!!! Make my own shots now, And save my money ?

I've tried to give this starbucks a chance many times as it is the closest to me. However I often choose to drive a few extra miles for coffee because this one is just terrible. They constantly close down. They don't open and close in the hours stated on Google page, they are rude and they often mess up the orders. Today was the last straw. I understand denying your bathroom to the public as there are some unpleasant people in that area, but denying a restroom to a firefighter that is actively trying to keep our town safe from a fire that is 23k+ acres, is disgusting. To the manager, you should be ashamed and removed from you position.

They have a drive thru and a walk up window which they closed so the drive thru was over a hour wait I would have just left but drinks were already paid for. So I have to wait in line to over pay for a cold coffee and watered down tea. Never again
Extremely distraught!! I went this morning to get my coffee and I had multiple drinks and I forgot to order my coffee decaf. Upon arrival to the window I informed the cashier that I had mis-ordered my drink and if could please be corrected, she said they would. She turned to the barista who was making my drink and asked if he started the white chocolate mocha because the customer would like it decaf, I saw him point with his eyes signaling that the coffee was almost done and with the window open I over heard her say ohh that’s fine. I followed the barista with my eyes and noticed that he did not pour out the espresso shots that had already been dripping prior to my request out and poured the espresso shots as is in my drink. Due to a medical condition caffeine affects me and I drove off trying to not over react and my body of course had a bad reaction because my coffee had caffeine. I had to go back and request a refund and inform the manger of what their workers did in front of my face. These employees where ignorant, and could have caused bodily injury to myself or even others because they feel that customers are being “special.”

We take a drive to ortega highway this location is very convenient for me at least , when to the Starbucks on central and to buzy … so this location is a small Starbucks but the service was awesome i even got a puppy chino for mi dodle!!also u can order on the window…. Small well located and fast service… excellent work to the employees working there !!

Multiple times they have not been open at 7:30. They are supposed to open at 4:30. Never seen this at another stabucks.

They think I can’t taste the difference between my freshers they mixed the dragon drink white cause didn’t had dragon inclusion didn't let me know on the speaker. I changed it to a pink drink and they mixing thinking I wouldn’t notice it. I'm always at Starbucks how wouldn’t I notice
