Walked in to order. There was a mobile order ahead of us and only one worker so we had to wait. That was understandable. However, when a second employee arrived, they helped with the mobile order instead of customers. It was really off-putting.

The lady at the counter tried to charge me for full price sandwiches when I ordered 2 $4 dollar dippers. When I asked about this she responded with what do you want me to do? I’m I’d like a refund lady for the up charges. She calls me over after helping another customer and hands me 3 dollars and no receipt. She owed me a little over 8 dollars. So check your receipt these young kids working are scamming to make an extra few bucks. Extremely disappointed and I was with my kids on top of this

Worst subway location in the area! Of course it has to be the one closest and most convenient for me. I will literally travel out of my way to avoid this place, which I hate having to do.
Unless you pay full price to order in person, EXPECT your order to be incorrect when ordered for pick up on the subway app.
The employees don’t give a single - - about making your sandwich. They’re SUUPER STINGY with the ingredients, and 8/10 it won’t be made correctly or will have stale bread.
It seems like paying full price to order in person rather than on the app with a discount, is the ONLY way to get what you want.
I paid almost $15 for The Monster which is supposed to have 2x everything, including cheese. Ordered in app, picked up my sandwich, got home to find there was NO CHEESE. The extra vegetables that I wanted were so sparse, it’s as if they put LESS rather than more.
Less than the regular amount that should go on, when I asked for extra. It seems to be done out of spite, carelessness, stinginess, all of the above. Prices are too high to be playing with orders like this.
I don’t know if the owners are instructing them to be this way, but it’s pretty ridiculous when I can go to the Wildomar location and get what I ordered exactly as I ordered it, no problem.
Avoid this location if you can. Unfortunately for me, doing that is highly inconvenient. So I guess I’ll have to go out of my way, or settle for their subpar service and food.

Came in for lunch got a turkey sandwich ( worst sandwich ever ) pretty much all bread ? barely any meat cheese ? or any toppings. A lot of mustard and old pickles Only ate half threw the other half away

We stopped at this Subway for ease on March 25. I'd had emergency surgery and it was an easy dinner for us on the way home. While my mom was ordering, I asked to use the bathroom they have available for customers. One of the girls behind the counter rolled her eyes, but got the key to let me in. The bathroom she opened was a disgrace. Urine, feces, and paper were still in the bowl, urine was all over the seat and floor. It was a total mess. When I reported it back at the counter, both girls said there was nothing they could do about it. After asking several times for them to open the other bathroom, which was obviously the one they used themselves, the eye roller finally opened it and let me relieve myself. This was the worst experience I've ever had at this store. Other customers in the store stated it was not the first time the facilities were in this condition, so they stopped used the restrooms there.

Had a really nice experience with this subway, one of the coworkers, Sean, I think his name is was so chill and nice to talk to while making my sandwich. I would definitely come again and ask him for recommendations cause he gives the best recommendations!

Workers here are careless. I had to leave a review after being disappointed for the 2nd time. I ordered 2 footlongs on my app for in-store pickup. Multiple toppings were missing from my sandwich and even more on my boyfriend’s. We both were so disappointed as we were looking forward to our sandwiches after work. Next time we walk into location instead. We stood at the counter as 2 workers walked around unfazed for a few minutes before finally greeting us. My boyfriend asked a question about drinks and prices, the girl at the counter seemed very bothered by him asking her a question. This turned my boyfriend off from purchasing chips and drinks along with our sandwiches, so we went elsewhere. I tipped anyway as we walked out, maybe it brightened their mood…
