Don't go here close to closing!!! Went in at around 8:42 pm on 7.25.2025.. the employee told us they were closed and will be closing in 10 min.. which didnt make sense and made it seem as though she would not take or make our sandwiches. There was also a customer inside who's order was being made We left and will not be going back to that Subway ever again. If your sign says your open then your open and are there to serve your customers. We are local and they not only lost our business yesterday but lost our business for as long as we live here and I will definitely tell everyone I know not to go here. They need to train their employees not to be lazy and when your open, you're open and there to provide services to those who are willing to spend money at your establishment.

There was no one in the front. We were patiently waiting for someone to help us out or at least tell us they'll be right with us. Instead, we were given attitude. So if you like bad customer service, this is the spot.

I got very bad food poisoning from this place. The chicken was not cooked all the way through and my sister said her tuna sandwich smelled rotten.
The staff was rude and the place was dirty. I am a local and I will never be eating there again. It sucks bad!

I was just there with my family. The sandwich maker, Stephanie was rude in her tone and when my little boy needed to use the restroom room she made him wait when she should have just opened up the restroom right away when we asked multiple times. Bad service not going back again ever !!!!!!!

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my local subway. Upon walking in, I noticed the tables and the floors were filthy with crumbs and residue of people who had ate thier earlier and I was there in the late afternoon so these crumbs had been there all day, I nearly had to scrub the residue of food off my table, which is disgusting and unsanitary. And to top it off as small as the restaurant is, one of the girls working had their 8 or 9 yr old daughter coloring as she worked as if it was a daycare, where is management at for all this? Its clear there is no supervision there. When in line to order my food I noticed an elderly black couple ordering thier food when I overhear the server telling the black man they are out of ham and that they will not substitute the ham with another meat and also said the price doesn't change although they are missing the product they are selling in the sandwich and they ended up buying a sandwich full price without it coming with everything that it comes with. As soon as they left, it was my time to order and I ordered something that had ham and they told me but don't worry, we'll substitute it for any other meat you'd like and immediately I knew they were discriminating and racist towards these black people because of how differently I was treated and accommodated, both employees were Caucasian and it's sad to see that after all that is going on in the world with the political changes, the presidency, that normal people of color are still being treated like in the past. It's disheartening, disgusting, and disgraceful to see this happen at an establishment, especially to normal people, just because they are black. In regards to the presidency as I stated, I only stated that because of the hate people are comfortable spewing not that it has anything to do with the new president but coincidently people who spew this hate are more comfortable to do so after everything that has occurred in the last two months, but thats not the point of the post but just clarify it for anyone who might take that statement the wrong way, I mean there are nazis marching the streets for goodness sakes.

Been going there for the 7 years lived in Elsinore no complaints. Until the other day I did My usual order. The Sandwich artist was Alejandra, she was talking bad about customer (me). I complained about how the first bread was hard as a rock and she made a new one. While I was eating. Another staff walked in She expressed out loud saying “Can you believe this b!t… made me make a whole new Sandwich. The manager Liz always helps and takes care of my food. But she hasn’t been around. The new girls are just a NO giving Subway a bad rep with how they express Customers.
