Walked in to the subway on Riverside Dr in lake Elsinore in experience was the worst I have ever seen that don't want to help you they roll there eyes at you and then walk to the back where the guy is at and talk crap and the guy is laughing the worst service ever is at this store and the girl was the same one I had a bad experience with before I will be calling the main office on Monday

They cant seem to make a sandwich correctly. They will lie straight to your face that they put the correct types of meat on the sandwich when I can see them only put one on. This has happened to me multiple times only at this location.

Walking into this subway shop is an awful experience the minute I walk in they don't usually greet you and when they do greet you it's not as welcoming as you might expect they don't attend to you right away it takes them over 10 minutes and if they are making sandwiches for pick up orders they completely ignore you they don't even look at you at let you know they will help you as soon as possible or atleast one of the girls should attend to walk in customers while the other finishes the pick up orders .they are completely rude in doing that some of the customers that come in are on a lunch break from work and to be waiting over 15 minutes ir ridiculous. The last time I was there it took them 25 minutes to help me and take my order and the entire time I was standing there not one of them apologizes for the delay in service it's like your invisible and it was just me one customer. I do not recommend this joint unless you have time to spare or too lazy to drive a few miles away to the next subway or you have an attitude to match there's.

Friendly, quick service. Clean restroom. I love the wraps. Easy to eat, still filled with all the veggies I love. The bacon turkey one is especially tasty. I ordered a churro but was disappointed it was a bit soggy.
Kid-friendliness: Like any other Subway, kids will love their subs.

Went a few weeks ago with my daughter around 11am, the 2 girls working were friendly & made our sandwiches perfect. They didn't skimp out on veggies like a lot of other locations. From the reviews I've read, I guess it just depends on who is behind the counter. Kudos to the 2 young ladies, I wish I knew their names so their manager could know what a great job they are doing.

The young lady that made our sandwiches very well trained cashier another story she added stuff to our sandwiches that we did not order and because I did not check my receipt subway pocketed over 5:00$ she added turkey to a ham sandwich and extra chicken to a chicken bacon ranch which did not get extra she forgot the avocado so she added 2:50 for some slices to one sandwich. this place pocketed over $5 on just my order how many other customers have they done this too .
