Went a few weeks ago with my daughter around 11am, the 2 girls working were friendly & made our sandwiches perfect. They didn't skimp out on veggies like a lot of other locations. From the reviews I've read, I guess it just depends on who is behind the counter. Kudos to the 2 young ladies, I wish I knew their names so their manager could know what a great job they are doing.

The young lady that made our sandwiches very well trained cashier another story she added stuff to our sandwiches that we did not order and because I did not check my receipt subway pocketed over 5:00$ she added turkey to a ham sandwich and extra chicken to a chicken bacon ranch which did not get extra she forgot the avocado so she added 2:50 for some slices to one sandwich. this place pocketed over $5 on just my order how many other customers have they done this too .Parking: It's got good parking

We've been coming to this subway sometimes for years. Haven't been in a while, went recently and left highly irritated. Staff was grumpy & seemed like we were a bother. We had purchased 3 of the Community Discount Cards (often sold by football teams, etc.) that say specifically on them the address of THIS subway (among others.) They say but one very one 6 inch. (Note, we did order a lot of specialty subs, which are not included, but there were also some ham &some meatball, so it could have been done.) None of the staff present had any idea how to use them, so the glum young lady that begrudgingly helped us called the owner. She told the girl that the card couldn't be used "because it doesn't have a way to be scanned." That program is something businesses choose to be involved in. So, the owner got free advertising on these cards without honoring the commitment she made. The girl's reply was "well you had the Titans and Elite anyways, so it probably wouldn't have worked." Wrong, there were cheap ones there, too.In the end, Subway cost over $100 to feed my family. The sandwiches (or first since their big change with slicing meat in store) were just OK, the floor of the store was covered in sticky spills, and we already know what I thought of the service (both the employee that dealt with me and the owner.) For that kind of $, we'll definitely go to Jersey Mike's, where they're welcoming and delicious.

If I can give this place negative stars, I would! My family and I came to have dinner and noticed a few flys. As our order is being prepared, the two ladies working didn't seem to care about the flies landing on the food. To make things worse, as one of the sandwiches is being made, a fly lands on my sandwich. The employee just asked me, what else? I told her a fly just lands on my sandwich. I had to tell her what piece of bacon it was on. As more people walk in the store more flies come in. They never once close the glass to keep flies off. To top it off, a man walked in to fill his gallon of water and ice. While doing so, he decided to put his hands in ice machine several times. The workers never once told him anything. He knew exactly where to open the lid from. Makes me wonder, if he's done this in the past. Very disgusting!

May 27 at 9:15 i walked in and the girl had already closed when the place still had ent closed i asked don't you close at 9:30 she said yeah but i already cleaned up . If you close at 9:30 you stop serving at 9:30 and clean then . Horrible don't recommend.

I just made my order online . Order 4 different sandwiches and i got all of them the same .none of my veggies i asked for had on them. And also they said the had no lettuce.This is the first time i order online.Never had an issue when i go in and order

Went to Subway on Riverside Dr. There was a gentleman and me. He had called in his order and was waiting on it as it wasn't done when he got there. Actually it hadn't even been started. There were 2 young employees working. The male employee started to take my order and the female was looking for the restroom key. The young man called out to her he needed help as by now several people have now walked in. But she called back she had to find the key. After several more minutes she says she found the key! Does anyone need the restroom? To which everyone said No! By now the first gentleman was upset but said he wouldn't make a big deal about it. My sandwiches were full of mayo all on the outside of bread. Lettuce pickles etc were stuffed into the sandwich that the sandwich wouldn't close so it was wrapped as it was. I was very disappointed in my visit. Sandwich was dry and looked like a tossed salad. Won't visit this location again.

I have ordered Subway about once a week for nearly a decade, sometimes more than once a week. I would order the Turkey Italiano for a long time. Basically just a BMT but instead of Ham it is Turkey. I have done this with no issues at every other subway I have ever visited and even ordered through the app. Asking to substitute the meat at this location hasn't just been a nightmare to deal with it has been impossible. The first few times I did it I had no problems. Then in January I was called by an employee who told me they could not substitute Ham for Turkey. I asked why and was told "Management doesn't allow it." I said "I have never had this issue at any locations and I eat at subway weekly." She said "Well we're trying to be more like our competitors." Which rubbed me the wrong way. You should strive to be better than your competitors. Then I asked to speak to management. I NEVER received a call or email from them. I called back a couple weeks later and asked to speak to a manager. I was lied to and they put a random employee on the phone. I know this because they couldn't answer basic questions about the store that any manager should know. I asked for an email for the manager and was just given the store email. I received a response from yet another employee with the absolute worst grammar and punctuation I have ever seen from a manager, couldn't even use spell check really... Then again no answer for months. I am extremely upset. I never got a call back from Subway Customer Care or anything. What if I am religious and can't eat ham? Oh and the employee told me "You can order extra meat to add turkey." To which I replied "Why would I spend $4 for turkey? Why the hell are you making this so complicated? Just substitute the damn meat. Otherwise you lose a customer who literally spends hundreds of dollars at subway a year." To which they replied "If that is what you want to do." This is the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere ever. If I still don't receive a managers communication after this review I will be contacting my legal team for a discrimination case.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions DO NOT go here they will not accommodate you.

used to be my favorite location but ever since valerie started working there it had definitely gone down hill. she never gives me enough meat or veggies. i can never hear her speaking. they need to fire her or something because she is not fit for the role. i asked for a couple more pieces of meat because she barely put ANY on my sandwich.... and she ends up charging me an extra $3!!!! my total was 12.60!!??? what happened to $5 footlongs???? such a ripoff

First off these girls tonight are not prepared & under stress & not prepared!!! & tonight the dark haired girl was rude as hell !!! Unprofessional & was a bitch in front of my face. Customer service is everything or loose your customer service. Subway your a trade mark name .... I wouldn't want too loose my business or aka customers that are regularly.

The young man who works at this site is, makes me happy just hear his voice. He brightens my world. I am 65 and happily married. He is always the best sandwich maker. I gave 4 stars but it was just about him, it would be 5!!Parking: 31749 is the store. !!
