Prices are very high now. Quality is poor. This Mexican Pizza (pictured) was over $6+. It was not good at all, un-edible and so sloppily made while lacking the substance of the past. It is an over-priced item that was sabotaged further by poor care of the food. Very disappointed.

I used to frequently visit this taco bell, sad it's gone down hill. The customer service is non existent. No greeting, no smiles, no acknowledgement. My wife asked if she could use the bathroom, 4 times before being told It will be a minute. As were waiting for our food, I witnessed a homeless man come in and fill up his cup with soda and walk out. No acknowledgement, no greeting from staff. My name was called and I received our meal and waited another 3 minutes before being acknowledged as they forgot the drink cup for my meal.(If there's a next time I'll just bring my own) Maybe it's a bad day for all the staff but, that's no excuse for bad service as this is the most important part of the customers experience! Remember, people buy from people, keep your customers satisfied with great customer service! Going forward I will spend my money where I feel the atmosphere is a welcoming and inviting place to eat. I’ve been in this location twice recently . Walked in no one greeted us and It is absolutely freezing inside the first time the people next to us went out and got a blanket and a jacket for their kids . Went In another day still freezing like if I had a blanket in my car I would have gotten it . We ended up eating in the car . Wouldn’t recommend eating inside unless you like to be cold

I have been getting 2 tacos with extra extra cheese and a cheesy roll also with extra cheese. After add one I’m paying 6.00 a taco. I have not gotten the extra cheese, only twice, for the whole month. I have been ordering online so it should be easy reading. The whole month! I should have called sooner hoping for the best but I did talk to the manager who is replacing tonight’s order and I asked if she could write this person up because he/she couldn’t care less and probably makes all those whole mess ups we all get. Hopefully the manager whips his butt into doing his job!

Night shift just sold supreme griller with no meat in it 😂. You can't even make thus stuff up. Three bites andvin the trash disgusting and the bean and cheese burrito had no red sauce. Just close the restaurant, don't screw your customers. Disgusting.

I am so sorry to leave a review like this, but I feel like we got ripped off! I seen the new jalapeño steak fries at Taco Bell and got excited because it sounded so good. My husband bought them for me while he was out and came home and we opened the box. OMG! What is this for 7.00??? What a rip off!

worst taco bell around!! manager Stephane does not know her job or what shes doing and she needs to either learn how to deal with customers or not have a job at all. these people sit behind a window making $20-$24 an hour while theres ppl who cant find jobs, cant work in general, or are struggling with the jobs there at. you got 3 simple ass things to do! take the order, make it CORRECTLY and with the correct AMOUNT! last thing is to simply serve each and one of your customers. this is by far the worst experience ive ever had in any restaurant setting! this is quite embarrassing you have this many bad reviews and havent done anything!!!!

I went to Taco Bell Saturday May 3rd on my lunch hour from work. I order the cantina chicken bowl every time I go in there, it's my favorite. I had unlimited time during my lunch hour from work when I walked in there nobody greeted me to help I asked one lady behind the counter to take my order. I order over the counter so they can give me my senior discount for me. She totally ignore me and went in the back and started making food for the other orders. I waited about 5 to 8 minutes and nobody acknowledged me or helped me. So I walked out and went elsewhere for lunch. This was the first time I went in there and had poor customer service, what a shame. I will not be going any longer to this Taco Bell site. Your employees obviously need training for customer service.

I recently visited Taco Bell, and I have to say, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, not a single person greeted me. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for my mobile order, and not one employee acknowledged my presence. It was frustrating to see everyone behind the counter just going about their business without so much as a "Can I help you?" or even a simple greeting. It's clear that customer service is no longer a priority. I understand things can get busy, but basic courtesy should still be standard. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and care—this is not the customer service I remember.
