I recently visited Taco Bell, and I have to say, the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, not a single person greeted me. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for my mobile order, and not one employee acknowledged my presence. It was frustrating to see everyone behind the counter just going about their business without so much as a "Can I help you?" or even a simple greeting. It's clear that customer service is no longer a priority. I understand things can get busy, but basic courtesy should still be standard. Very disappointed in the lack of attention and care—this is not the customer service I remember.

If a customer needs to use the restroom, the person needs to wait for a worker to put in a door code to open the restroom door instead of just providing the code, bigg inconvenience. The food was decent but nothing too special.
