The Batter Up Bakery Storm Stadium

I ordered and paid for my daughter's birthday cake in person with 2 weeks notice. When I went to pickup today, no cake to pickup. Manager is worthless, careless, pitiful soul.

This place doesn't make cake in house. They purchase from outside and by the time you get your cake order, cake is dried out. Don't use this bakery because it is not a bakery, it is store only

Ordered a cake for my grandson for graduation is was awful for a 110.00.. Cake was dry frosting looked like a dried up mud slide.. The writing on the cake was at 1 st grade level., I did try to call Ms batter up would not return my calls .. This is the first review I have ever wrote on a business .. Shame on you Batter/up other people work for a 110.00 dollar gross cake we tossed it in the trash .

The Batter Up Bakery is my little slice of heaven. Their banana bread is out of this world—moist, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of nuts. I’ve tried many items from their menu, and every single one has been a hit. Their staff is so kind and always eager to recommend something new to try. I also appreciate how clean and well-organized the shop is. Whether I’m grabbing a quick breakfast or treating myself after a long day, this bakery never disappoints.

I can’t say enough good things about The Batter Up Bakery! Their macarons are absolutely divine—delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also love their seasonal offerings, like their peppermint mocha cupcakes during the holidays. The team here is so talented and always willing to accommodate special requests. I brought my niece here for a treat, and she was blown away by their colorful display of goodies. This bakery truly knows how to make every customer feel special.

Spent $17.65 last night at the location inside Storm Stadium, after waiting an hour in line... what did I recieve? 2 "Hot Chocolates" that when I watched them being made turns out where Nestle Quick with hot water. Tasted gross... when I asked if they could be remade with milk considering they were $5 each... their response was to give me an eye roll and walk away from me. When I asked another person to please remake my drink with milk and charge me the difference for using milk or please give me a refund... she said that they aren't allowed to make the hot chocolate with milk because the milk was only for their Lattes. When I then asked for a refund instead... she took my "hot chocolate" and walked away and said "fine". After making me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 1 hour I had already waited... I got 1 Luke warm Nestle Quick with milk and she gave me back one of the Nestle Quick with water.... at that point I was just done and left after missing over 1 hour of the concert I was there to see. If it wasn't 55 degrees and windy, I wouldn't of even bothered but they were the only ones offering hot drinks. Although, I soon found out the drinks were gross and not hot at all. Chocolate chip cookie was ok but not worth $6... not even close.
