Can’t tell if yall want out of business or just don’t have the work force to keep the store open. I’ve stopped by a few times this past week and I haven’t seen a soul. Lights were on last night but nothing was stocked.

Super fun place to go, insane black Friday sale!
Cute little cookie outlet that sells large oversized cookies. Yummy
If I could give this place 0 stars I would...I spent almost $30 here on cookies and 2 drinks. They really serve up room temp milk and "lemonade". Your guys cookies are harder than a brick even when their warmed up! Employees are rude and slow...Girls we're working the register cleaning dishes and then touching the cookies...This place is disgusting I don't know how you guys are business honestly! This business is a good idea just executed TERRIBLY. Crumbl and cookie co are 10x better! Your cookies don’t smack these mfs are WACK? I know the owner is a little boy as well and I hope you guys get shut down and a REAL bakery is put in place. TRASH?
WEIRD anyways Dont go here, Owner is super rude & entitled. They dont care about their business, or having good customer service. 1 starrrThis owner has got to be the most foolish person, Pride comes before the fall oldhead ? What kind of owner cant take constructive criticism when they serving Sugary bricks.
Do not recommend. Read the other low reviews. Cookies are hard as a rock and have zero flavor. Employees could not care less about their jobs. I got the keto cookie and all I could taste is the sugar alcohols. No flavor!
3 stars for the food. 5 stars for the decor. Front worker was nice. I chose staple items to see if they were any good: chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. The cookies were not fresh you can tell as they were hard. She got them from a rack. Once warmed up they got softer not necessarily better. I do like the snickerdoodle. The CC had lots of chips but low on taste. I wouldn't go here again unless I'm with others who want to check out the decor. I'd buy something to support but I won't be seeking them out.
I like the place because it was something different, especially the drinks and the baby bottles. That was awesome.
the cookies are hard and not fresh. Wouldn't come here again I should have read the reviews before coming here
Cookies were amazing! Freshly baked and warm to the touch, their lemonade is good too.

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. Where do I even start? First of all. There's a reason prices are not listed on a menu for all to see, they want to upsell and over sell you as much as possible. Most specials don't require you to purchase a drink, they just make those up to boost their sales. Second, nothing is made fresh in house. NOTHING. The dough is sent in bulk and is frozen. It sits there for up to a year at a time in the freezer. Most of the cookies are made the night before so they don't have to pay someone for a few more hours to come in early to bake. EVEN THE MILK IS FROZEN. Yes that's right, their milk is frozen and isn't even stored properly. There's a reason it tastes fowl. The last reason I hate them is that they don't even give their employees tips. The tips you enter on the screen when you pay with cards go directly to the owner. This is never ok. Over priced and I won't be surprised when this location closes down in a year. Oh, let's not even get started on all of the health violations from them forcing sick employees to work.
Decided to try this place out & never again. The cookies here are hard as a rock & don’t have a taste to them. I ordered the plug poppers to try & only 2 were soft. The rest were hard & tasted almost like pure butter. You can literally see how hard they look in the picture attached. It’s a no for me.

I didn’t believe my friend when she said the service is bad but I went, and I am “NOT” returning unfortunately. I’ll spend money on a case of Oreos.
I ordered 4 firecracker cookies because I love smores, only to find out they all had walnuts in them?
