This was the best food I've had in a restaurant in a very long time! And the server went above and beyond. Burritos were very big. My family ordered the California Burrito (french fries inside!!!), Surf and Turf Burrito (beef and shrimp, with a wonderful cream sauce), and the amazing Seafood Mocajete! So huge, gorgeous presentation, and amazingly flavorful! Presentation and flavor were even better than expected. The churros for dessert were also really great, and was the best ending to an incredible meal! Thank you so much!

I ordered a torta and for the portion size the price was definitely worth it! I ordered a horchata and got free refills with it. The service was wonderful the cooks are really fast and kind. I will be back again one of the best mexican food spots ive been to, So many options!!

Food is ok . It's hit and miss though . One thing I don't like is it's all real gloppy , for instance tons of finely shredded lettuce and sour crème and it is all glopped together!

If you're looking to have some good authentic Mexican food, this is the place. This is my first visit here and I was quite surprised by how nice the decor was. The place was spotless, and I was greeted with a smile. They do have an excessive amount of items on the menu. We happened to order chorizo with eggs, tortillas, beans, and rice, and it was outstanding. They do have table service, which was nice. They have two hanging 85-inch TVs. When you arrive, tell him that Ernie sent you. CheersUPDATEToday we had a second visit in the place was packed. Again the food was outstanding plenty to eat and the service was right on point. Cheers

This is going to be kind of a long review. First off I will say when they first opened, it was the Bomb! Really good and constituent. Some time when by, then we started to notice little things here and there. Now when I go, it depends on who is the cook, and that kind of sucks. If the cook/owner is cooking the food will be good and constituent. You really need to check the food as they pack it, especially if it's not the cook I already referred to. I think for the most part the servers are friendly, but depending on how much you tip them. I understand everyone needs/loves money epically cash. The thing is they expect it. I dont feel that if I'm getting my food to go that I need to tip, but because of the pressure I usually give a dollar and change, and rarely get a "thank you" Really I think the owner should have more control over how his employees and how they treat customers and make them feel like returning. Sometimes just great food would make me keep coming back, as long as its constant. * I also wish they would have the good salsa they use to have and the marinated peppers. Im sure it got cut because of expenses

Delicious ! I had lunch here and I forgot how huge the burritos are! We ordered the Chili Relleno Burrito and it was bomb ! This is one of my go to spots for a nice lunch and kick back with a beer and good food with friends. 100% recommend

The service here is great. The owner (who is also one of the chefs) and all the employees are really nice people and are super friendly. I always order the Surf and Turf burrito and that thing is so fat lol. They are super generous with everything they put in it and it just makes my mouth watery every time they bring it over to the table. They do get super busy sometimes but overall they always bring the food out in good time. The environment there is nice. I have ordered other entrees with them and they serve you big portions, so you do get what you pay for :) I really do love this place so much and would highly recommend for others to stop by and try it for themselves :)

It's Friday and I'm feeling a fried whole fish. You know you get in those moods where you are feeling something and you just have to get it. After doing some research on yelp, and one missed call to another restaurant later, we decided to call down to Vero's to place a Togo order. We got the mojarra fritas that was topped on guacamole, lettuce, and pico del gallo (winning) plate that came with rice and beans...we got a carnitas burrito, which the meat was so juicy and tender! Honestly the best carnitas burrito I've had in lake Elsinore (and that's saying a lot)....and we also got a carne asada taco. The fish was fried to perfection. The skin was crispy with a lot of flavor and the inside was still nice and juicy (not dry). It really satisfied my craving for fried whole fish. It will probably be my new favorite spot! We live about ten minutes away and the food was already ready for pick up! Thank you Vero's!!!! The inside had a lot of people eating, that's when you know it's a good place!!!
