My first time here. Jason our server was great. Appetizer was awesome. Our main dishes were subpar. Based on the food and wait time I would never return, however because Jason was awesome and my son had food from there before by door dash and said it was very good we are going back next week to give it another chance.

Delicious food. They give you bread and the sauce they pair it with is delicious. The few times I have been here there are plenty of seats and it has never been crowded, just how I like it. Love the background music.
Update: 11.24.2025 - Everything was great. Ordered the Vicenzo's special (pic attached) and my husband the lasagna. Jayson was our server and did great. Even asked how I liked my Arnold palmer. Music is great. Was not busy, just how I like it.

First time customers in this restaurant. The first thing I noticed when we walked in, was the smell. It smells like musty, or old, or something bad. It took awhile to get used to it. I don't know how long this restaurant has been in this location, but it def has a not good smell.
The server was polite, and although he was the only server I saw the whole time, he was a good server. He also was the host who sat us, and I saw him cleaning tables also. My husband joked and said he's probably the cook also.
The food came out pretty quick, but at the time there was only one other booth with customers in the restaurant. I would say the food was good, not great. Lacked some flavor in my opinion. May or may not return to this restaurant, but probably not just because of the odor that hits you when you walk in.

Vincenzos has been a beloved Italian restaurant for many years in Lake Elsinore. A few years ago the OG (Vincenzo himself) finally sold his beloved restaurant. Many patrons were upset as they felt the food, that they had come to love, was different. This may have been true at that moment, however I say to those who haven't come back to please give this place another chance. Yes the menu is smaller then originally but you might be surprised and can always ask if it's not on the menu. There was no antipasta on the menu but we asked and they delivered. We also got the bruchetta (both these items are pictured) and the shrimp scampi (not pictured, forgot). It has that Italian vineyard charm that we had come to love when Vincenzo was in the picture. Right now it's a quiet little place, but hopefully more locals will come back and try it themselves.

I’d rate Vincenzo’s Kitchen at around B+ (~4 out of 5 stars).
If I were choosing a spot:
It’s a good choice for Italian dining when you want something a step above casual and expect decent food, comfortable setting and friendly service.
It might not be exceptionally outstanding in every detail (depending on the visit), so go with realistic expectations.

The food here was outstanding and the service was top notch! I didn't have the pleasure of dining in, but imagine it would only get better if I had!
We’ve been here quite the amount of times, perfect for special occasions. The staff is always friendly, our only exception was when one of them added more onto our bill as a tip ($20->$50) and food is quite expensive there (for what you get you can’t explain, the food is simply exceptional.) It’s almost always a go-to for birthdays and never fails to amaze.

It's been nearly 5 years since we ere there. The place had recently changed ownership prior to the scamdemic. The food was poor. Then came two more changes in ownership. We decided to try again. Right iff the bat, the place looked un changed, filthy carpet, dirty light fixtures, worn upholstery on the booths, dark stains on walls and posts (not even so much as a fresh coat of paint). The food was sub average despite their claims of freshly made.to irder by a premier cheff. Qe were the only ones dining
Very dissapointing, and we won't bother going forward.
They aint gonna make it I am afraid.
This is really sad. Ever since the original owner left, he took all quality and flavor with him. I am so highly dissatisfied with the flavor of the food. In other words... non existent. SUCKS! highly do NOT recommend.
