if I could give it no stars I would. Their customer service sucked. I had a 50% BOGO coupon on my app that I had a long time, for some reason it needed me to update my email and it was acting up I had already shown my coupon to the manager but he told me I needed to be able to scan it. So I logged out and created a new account, he assured me the coupon would still be there, then the coupon disappeared and a different one for 25% off popped up instead. The manager would not honor my original coupon and said it was probably from the “weekend” his customer service was terrible, he saw the coupon and did not do the only right thing to do. I will never go back to this wanna grill again. They are over priced and won’t honor coupons that are digital. They are obviously clueless. I ended up not getting anything because I was so upset with how it was handled and I was polite the whole time. So I am upset and will not go to this location again.

I will give credit where credit is due, the new management cleaned this spot up nice. The old staff used to be super rude, food was mid, and the place was constantly dirty.
Just decided to re try this location after seeing the sign. And I'm proud to say it's much better, if you are like me and hates coming here before I recommend trying once more to see if the new management is your thing.

Atmosphere was good nothing worse than an a person who doesn’t want to working for the company. It comes down t to customer service at the end of the day this chick who is overweight seems like she didn’t wanna be there intimidating me. as a business owner. You guys need to work on that and don’t write an automated message acting like you are fixing it actually fix it.

Look, I’m not trying to cause issues or trouble but corporate needs to look at the Waba Grill here in Lake Elsinore. For one, the place is always filthy. Soda machine, windows, floors…you name it. The guy cooking in the back has his hair to his shoulders without a net on nor his hair pulled back and with a full beard. Today when I walked in, never going back by the way (I’ve given this place many chances to get it together), the cook looked like he was either sick or high. The girl helping him has horrible customer service. We can all tell she doesn’t want to be there. But that’s the least of my worries! This place needs to be cleaned up and get their employees up to code on health and safety.

Quick and professional. My go-to Waba grill during lunch. Never been in a line longer than 3 people including myself. Mostly empty inside, plenty of dine-in space.
Parking: The plaza this Waba grill is in has a huge parking lot. It shares this lot with a closed-down Walmart. Plenty of space. You will always find parking.

It is terrible here, the service not only me but my peers get is just unnecessary. These workers all have attitudes. And get mad if don’t specify what exactly we want, instead of guiding us and informing us what waba has to offer they criticize us for not knowing the menu. I don’t feel comfortable here at all felt very unwelcoming in there, this place needs new people who can have better energy, until then i am eating somewhere else.
