DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Ordered food inside at the kiosk, a bum stole the food, and the manager (who literally can not speak English) informed us through a translator that she doesn’t believe us. We paid for food and never got it. The manager, through her translator, told us we can file a police report but that she will not give us food. This place is insane!!!!!!!

Have had great food an service for a long time. Be careful I had a Tangerine/lemon/strawberry drink . It had fermented due to employees forgot to make new every day. Eugene a manager handled the problem. Called an apologized. Was appreciated. This is a excellent place for fast great food. Thank you.

I like Wendy’s for many things. Their chocolate Frosty has always been my favorite, and lately I’ve also fallen for the Orange Coke Cream Soda (diet version). This Lake Elsinore location is especially nice — cozy, clean, and the customer service is truly exquisite. It’s one of those rare fast-food spots where you actually feel welcomed. Highly recommend stopping by!

Ordered a vanilla frosty and a double stack from the Wendy’s points that I had by far one of the nicest Wendy’s that I’ve ever been to they make sure to keep the establishment really clean I feel that the representative here truly went above and beyond with Service. The food was very fast and nice and hot tasted like it was made fresh. In my short visit, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the open layout, please to see that the drink stations and where the napkins and stuff were very clean. All the tables were wiped down and in a very orderly manner nice Wendy’s location that accepts EBT, which is really cool nice Wendy’s location in Lake Elsinore, California.

The staff is incompetent. Nothing ever seems to be working in the kitchen and you have to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes. I’m done with Wendy’s overall the staff at this location is terrible
Whats up Wendy's? Your a good location, but recently have sucked! Twice in a week you've forgotten a drink. Can't give one SN Child a frosty and not the other! Delivery is my option due to health. But this is not the the only occurrence, happens about every order here lately! Oh, and thanks for the ketchup instead of the sour cream ordered! The chili going to taste good!🤢🤢

Person working the drive thru at night always has a bad attitude, always rude and passive aggressive. No idea why they don’t just quit if they hate their job that bad. I’m not the only one noticing this for at least the last year here.
One time told me that the vanilla frostys were out so I asked for a caramel one. They let out this long heavy sigh and passive aggressively said “I said the vanilla frostys are out tonight.” How am I supposed to know? I didn’t know a caramel frosty was made from vanilla. But they take it so personally.
Also got cold, stale fries tonight. Fantastic.
