Nice place it's a new business. It's a ice cream shop that's opened up. Good ice cream nice staff. Good location right on corner. While the ice cream was to die for it was that good. The shock of the trip was the prices they were cheap the cheapest ice cream I've seen in 30 years. You can bet I will go out of my way to help those folks make a go of it. Good place to go probably the only Ice cream shop left in Lakeport. Good place go often your kids will love you for it.

Had a salted caramel shake which was outside my box, have to say it was bomb not to thick not to runny. Will be going back with the family

I wanted to give three stars, but gave one more because the customer service was good. I got a scoop of Oreo ice cream and the cream didn't have ANY flavor and barely any sweetness. The Oreo cookies also didn't taste like anything. I ended up getting rid of it. My husband's coffee flavored ice cream had a bit more flavor, but again not what I would call good. My child's strawberry ice cream was better. Tasted like strawberries. One out of three isn't great through.

The ice cream is okay, but overpriced. We got two ice cream cones with 1 scoop and it was like $15 for us to both have a waffle cone. I also like to look over all the flavors but the ladies kept rushing us to order even though we were the only people there.

The taste of the ice cream (made locally) is outstanding! My only gripe is that they already have the normal "tip jar" but when you use a debit/credit card through their POS tablet, at the end, they turn the tablet around to face you and they tell you "just a couple questions to answer". No it's not a couple of questions, it's the end of the transaction and the tablet screen is asking how much you'd like to add on for a tip. Then there's three different boxes you can click depending on how much you'd like to leave as a tip. The three boxes are for 15%, 20% or 25%, somewhere along those lines. Or you can click a box for a personalized amount, or the last box is to finish the transaction without a tip. It's a lovely place, very clean and nice younger people work there; however, it's not the type of place where I generally leave a tip more than the change I receive back when paying. The tip jar serves its purpose very well and I think this is the perfect kind of place to have a tip jar, but not the type of place where I'm going to add a 20% tip to the end of my transaction. I think their practice is a bit over the top.
