this jack in the box is absolutely the worst the employees are slow lines for days waiting forever they park the cars outside so it looks like the line is going down. Terrible service don’t try to call they will hang up on you. They need new owners asap! Calling corporate office till they do something.

Horridly managed Jack in the Box. Pull up to drive thru, sitting there waiting 5-10 minutes for no answer. Drive to front lobby and ask if anyone is working, saw a cook in back, they said the front cashier is on break. Now I'm not upset that they are on break, I'm upset that as a customer, I have to wait for them to complete the break before they even acknowledge I'm there. There were only 2 people working there, one was a cook, so my question, is why can't the 2nd person be able to cover for the person on break? If they aren't able to, maybe that's a sign the management needs to hire more people or come in themselves to help the business. I asked why I haven't went here for over a year, now I'm quickly reminded why I don't go here.
