I have only had to take my coffee back once for not being very hot. I was ok with coffee and prices were reasonable until I went to get coffee this morning and they raised the price of the coffee I usually get not just by a few cents but by a whole 60 cents. That's a huge increase for my budget. That was pretty upsetting. I am very disappointed in that increase. I probably will not be getting coffee there as often. I have waited in their line for up to 20 minutes at a time. That didn't bother me too much as their prices were reasonable. But now there's no way I will sit in that line for that much of an increase on their coffee. It seems that the money has become a priority instead of a customers satisfaction. It's really too bad that they did that. You know what they say about a bad word getting around faster than a good one. Maybe they'll think about what they've done and fix it. Is be more than happy to change my review if they did.

I ordered a Mocha Explosion. Usually they are very good but the girl that made it said she was new. It had waaaay too much chocolate. It wasn't blended enough. And when she came to the window to take my order she was laughing and kept laughing until she finally took my order and closed the window to make my drink. Really unprofessional and immature. I still gave her a tip. I don't think I'll go back.

Long drive, stopped in Mt Shasta to look for a cup of coffee. Lo and behold, there was the cutest little coffee shop right there, Jitter Bean. Yeah! I felt so happy when the owner said she knew exactly what I meant when I described what I felt like drinking. And she Nailed it! I will definitely be back every time I drive by, and I tell others. I wish I would have caught her name, but the barista and owner, she was incredibly nice and we laughed about stuff. Probably one of the best cups of coffee on the road you can get. Jitter Bean is always a stop when visiting Humboldt. Whether it's taking the grandkids for a lil bean or getting a hot mocha or tea for myself. The drive thru can be packed and the customer service is always superb. The baristas make you feel like you're the only person in line by striking up conversation and are always smiling. Also, I'd rather support a local business (with the best bean) that supports our young men and women.
