Normally I don't review but today KFC was on the ball awesome customer service and when I got to the biscuit that's normally semi hard it was soft af fluffy whoever they got cooking today did not come to play great job

Ordered online and the order went to the last KFC I ordered at. As I spoke with the manager in Lakeport , he was rude and short with me saying cancel it online or there is nothing I can do! I just ordered $22 worth of food like I do each week and that was the response I got! Tried calling the Lower Lake KFC, she was much nicer but pretty much gave me the same answer. If you can't cancel it online, there's nothing we can do! For real? I'm just out $22 ? I don't think so! The only way I could cancel my order was to call my bank 24 hours later and dispute the charge because I never received my food . When I told the manager in Lakeport I wouldn't be patronizing this KFC anymore and he as rude as he was told they didn't care! Wanted to contact the franchise owner but no luck. My family usually spends an average of $22-$25 a week at KFC but not anymore! If my $1150 a year doesn't mean anything to you , that's fine! I make better fried chicken myself! Really surprised how the lack of caring to satisfy the customer has gone so far south! I was a general manager for Yum Brands Corp. and they definitely didn't treat their customers with such low regards! 😕

I ordered Wing deal on Saturday 2/15/24. I received 3 tiny pieces of wings and 1 tiny piece of leg. I didn’t order legs and if they were out of Wings, I should have been asked if substitute was okay….,

I've been there a few times and only one time do they get my order mixed up with the person that was in front of me and I did not know till I went home but the food is always been good.

I love KFC chicken so much that l have made a decision to ignore All the info I have heard about the mutant chickens it comes from and health risks and long term effects of eating genetically altered chickens. It tastes good and I love eating KFC and will continue to do so until there's proof...real proof, that any of the rumors I've heard have a moral of truth to them. And please don't feel pressured in any way to show me this info lm in no hurry to see or read. It's the one fast food l really enjoy as a once a month treat. I share my view and a bucket of chicken from KFC with someone who loves KFC as much as l do.

The people who reviewed this place and said it was clean must be talking about a different restaurant. Dirtiest fast food lobby I've ever seen. Like they need a remodel dirty. Poor ventilation as well.Food is pricey, but good.An employee was rude to an old couple ahead of me in line. Fast food Employees have it kinda rough tho, if anything hate the managment and the corporation
